This one is wild and strange but if you're up for it, it was a lot of weird fun! In a Valley of Violence isn't a film I would recommend to just anyone!

Ethan Hawke is great and his dog is wonderful (such a good boi). Everything is strange but it was a fun watch, especially with a big bowl of popcorn! It's a nod to classic westerns but with an absurd twist.

Oh also it has John Travolta lol

Anyone happen to see this one??

In a Valley of Violence (2016)

A mysterious drifter (Ethan Hawke) and his dog journey toward Mexico through the barren desert of the Old West. Hoping to shorten their trip, they cut through a large valley, landing in the forgotten town of Denton -- a place now known as a valley of violence.

I watched this awhile ago, I think when it first came out. I don't really remember anything about it though. Apparently I liked it. I looked on my letterboxd and I gave it 4 stars.
