I do feel like these episodes were very much about the progression in ongoing storylines, but in a very strong way. Like Nacho making moves on Don Hector, Jimmy finding ways to make money, etc. The insurance lady was very interesting. I do feel like it takes a certain type of person to hear that story and to see it as an opportunity to charge more.

I am also starting to worry about Kim's mental state. That the amount of work she is doing is actually starting to become dangerous...

I found it frustrating how Chuck always blamed Jimmy for his parents failing business but the reality was that it was his parent's own fault from giving so many handouts throughout the years like that one grifter.

I think we actually don't know why their business failed and that's what makes it all the more interesting to see how the two brothers view it differently. Chuck says when he went over his father's books that there were $14,000 missing which is a lot of money for a small business in the seventies (which seems to be around the time Jimmy was a child). Chuck assumes that's all Jimmy, just taking it out of the till but we definitely see that it wasn't all Jimmy, that their father did do these hand-outs to random people—which were probably not all grifters but probably also included some genuinely down-on-their-luck people but Jimmy is too cynical to consider that possibility. But still, Jimmy did pilfer money in that flashback and we have no reason to doubt that he kept doing that from time to time. So it was probably a combination of both these things that led to these $14,000 missing. So Chuck, because of his resentment towards Jimmy, thinks it was all due to Jimmy that the business failed, while Jimmy, because of his cynical "the big fish eat the little ones" mentality and also because he probably doesn't want to face the possibility that he contributed to his father's demise, thinks that it was solely all the hand-outs and grifters. But it's probably a combination of both plus just bad luck. Even quite well-managed business don't all make it so it could be that even with the missing $14,000 the business would still have gone under. We tend to side with Jimmy more often because he has more heart than cold, asshole Chuck but both of them are really bad at facing their own issues and accepting that they could be in the wrong sometimes.

I don't get why Jimmy didn't get a new car when he received thousands from a past case or something lol. Mike and Nacho are a good team up

You commented on the size of the fields. New Mexico has over 314,000 square kms of land compared to Belgium's over 30,000 square kms. Conversely, your country has over 12 million in population where New Mexico has a little over 2 million. Basically, a hella ton of empty desert.
