Change of Plans- Comic Part 2 (Patreon)

it’s my birthday, so this is being posted while I'm on a mountain!

This is set very early on in DaGOI au! I’m excited for the next part, which includes J and Khan! :)

Early on in the story I wanted to tackle Uzi and Tessa’s relationship. While they are adopted sisters here, theres always going to be some form of conflict based off of their competing wants and needs, and some internal struggles- but they try to make it work! A healthy familial relationship is what they both need, and they're just really new to it.

The medicinal magnet is a symbol (not for drugs lmao) representing Tessa trying to handle things herself, or literally to hide the struggle. A large part of her character to me is desperately wanting to be “useful”, never an inconvenience- and she’s not feeling too good right now . On the other side, Uzi really doesn't enjoy being left in the dark about things! Two problems that come up alot.

As I’ve mentioned before this comic became so much longer than I intended! but that’s what makes it fun- it has a mind of its own. Those last two images are actually wips for the 3rd part of the comic, which will be posted a few weeks from now, it’ll be larger than the last two!
