sketchbook 005 (Patreon)

hello hello, some more sketchbook work as I wrap up another part of the comic. I may be flying a little close to the sun- possibly working two different animation jobs, but we're getting settled in again.

the comic will be posted this week and has been split into 10 pages (perhaps more) for this next batch! uncoloured (for now) for the sake of getting it out sooner!

lots of observational drawings again from my sketchbook- my favourite thing to do is people watch.

1- might be familiar with some of the drawings pasted in here. the " not my circus, but those are my monkeys" sketch took all of 5 minutes but it remains a favourite- still get a kick out of it.

2- drawing my beautiful friends, we all took turns around a table to pose, I darent post the ones of me

3- right drawings, my friends oh so graciously dragged me to karaoke- and I only accepted if they let me draw them. left drawings- got to do some inception drawing with another pair of friends when outdoor painting.

4- train drawings! people were moving a bit fast, but it was a fun challenge to get their poses down. right drawing- just wanted to play with facial features
