The past few weeks I've been attempting to adjust the game's save data to allow for all wrestler's movesets to be editable and savable. This didn't pan out but I've gathered more info on the subject to return to later. After that, I've decided to tackle a large issue that I've been avoiding. Over the years of building this game, the RAM has become pretty cluttered and unorganized. I've written so many small changed here and there without taking extensive notes to keep track of them. So, I've been reorganizing ROM and RAM data locations and taking notes on everything I've done. This should increase productivity once completed. Work continues on this project as always. Just not much to show for previews at the moment.

Thanks for the update, no idea how you make sense of all the background techy stuff but sure its all the unglamorous bits that will ensure the finished game is spot on, as ever massive thanks for all your hardwork on this game, been waiting over 20 yrs for the proper NM sequel and what you are doing is exactly how it should be done 👍👍👍

Thanks for the update! Glad to see the project continues to move along. It's a nice surprise to see that you're attempting to make movesets editable/savable in the game. That would be incredible, and not something I think any other NM or VPW modder has ever accomplished on the basegame to my knowledge. Do you think it is ultimately possible to make the movesets editable?

I do. The .fla (save file) the game creates appears to have plenty of room. It’s just difficult to adjust what saves at the moment. Reorganizing the save data structure and every instruction associated with it would be needed as well. More testing down the line for sure.
