Wadya reckon? I think both shout "traffic", but...

1 - which would is more likely to catch your eye and make you watch?

2 - are you clear what each onw it trying to tell you?

FYI: the video title is likely "SIMPLE Traffic Solutions to Fix Your City's FATAL FLAWS!" but could change at the drop of a hat of course lol.
