Sneaky Peaky at this Weekends Kettlewick! (Patreon)

Hi everyone, what a couple of days it's been!!! With the new 1.2.4 patch that dropped this week, for Cities Skylines 2, it's been an epic journey (of pain, anguish, triumph and loss) to say the least. The modders as always have done a FANTASTIC job of updating their mods (THANK YOU MODDERS!) and the game runs amazingly well.

But I seem to have picked up a bug that some others have been experiencing...a weird and not reproducible Crash to Desktop bug. Sometimes it happens when I move the camera, sometimes when I use the Pika Pika in Find It, other times it is truly random. It's taken me 2+ days to record the video and in that time I've had about 30 crashes....my PC has nearly ended up in the bin lol. But I stuck with it, pulled up a video about some guy camping in the snow (love the snow) and every time it crashed, I watched a but more until the game was loaded. Then sometimes I could record for 20 minutes, sometimes 10, once it was 2 minutes...but in the end it got done. \o/

Not only this, but the new patch had some major changes to the way police coverage works, due to the fact you could previously only plop down 1 police station and never have to worry about police coverage again, which was obviously a bug. But, the moment I loaded up Kettlewick in the new patch and hit play....25,000 people INSTANTLY left the city. Instantly. Not "oh look my population is dropping" - they instantly got kicked and left. So taxes plummeted, trtaffic soared and it looked like it was the end for Kettlewick...suprise, it wasn't!!

But the jouney along the way was "fun" and the final build I really liked too.

Anywho, that's it, a dark room calls my name where I shall lie down my weary head and quietly weep, hoping that the next time I load up Cities Skylines the bug has dissapeared just as quickly and quietly as it appeared....
