If you’re talking abt how to figure out which measurements are correct for you, get a shirt that you like the fit of and lay it out on a flat surface. Then measure from the left side to the right side about an inch below the armpits for the width, and from the top of the collar to the bottom of the shirt for the length :) If my wording here is confusing, you should also be able to find a pic on google!

the second address is for an apartment or building number. so if the address you live at has multiple units, you use the second address to indicate which unit is yours. i think if you put n/a or your address twice it would be fine

Email can be seen in settings. And I think second address is for extra information, such as floor or apartment number that may not be present in the typical address number.

Pretty sure JRWI uses Shopify, which will track your order and where it gets moved from location to location, there should also be an ID for your package or something that you can put in and track with your mailing service (that’s how it worked for me anyway idk)
