Are we just not getting a new UPP episode this week?? I really wish you guys were clearer about the upload schedules. I love this podcast so much and I've been a fan for years but I feel like it's less and less worth it to be a supporter, and everything being so unclear is not making things better ,,,

Their transparency is the biggest problem for me. I wouldn’t be as upset that I’ve waited a while months for episode three if not for the fact that even though they are supposed to release every other week, it hasn’t. If they had just said “hey it’s going to release later because of XYZ” I’d have been a lot happier with just having a membership, without it I feel like I’m just burning money for no content at all. Along with that their cloudy ass meaning in the new update was infuriating. I also wished they released updates more periodically instead of loading up into one huge update because once again it just leads to more unclear information and content. Riptide, while I understand that the episodes are probably going to be phenomenal, was the most unclear shit on when it was going to happen because we’d be given a date once for a couple months ahead, and wouldn’t get informed of any possibles delays until just before or after the deadline. I started watching JRWI when it was announced by Slime (which had to have been a long ass time ago now, some of the original videos I watched are gone now I think) I first subscribed to JRWI’s Patreon in 2023, then resubscribed at a later date (think it was 24’) but it’s starting to feel like a money grab with how unclear they are being with us TLDR JRWI needs to update us more often on things like uploads

I agree completely!! As far as I got it (but may be wrong), UPP was supposed to be uploaded monthly, not every other week I thiiiink?? But they uploaded episode 2 three weeks after episode 1, and now it's been more than 4 weeks since that, so I don't really even know what is going on anymore. Are we going to have to wait 1 more month then, because they uploaded a video on the public youtube channel?? It's so confusing and it feels like playing a guessing game And all the confusions that, at least as far as I saw, was not addressed much in the "manifesto" thing too, yeah. It was not the nicest thing either, along with all the unclear delays and,, yeah Listening to this podcast always makes me happy, and, like you, I really wouldn't mind the delays and all that if they just WERE CLEAR ABOUT IT,,, it's literally just that :c. I feel like I'm burning money too, specially living in a third world country where USD is much more expensive TLDR: yea,,

I agree with everything you’re saying but if your burning through money I’d recommend just unsubbing and letting a backlog build and resubbing at the start of a month where you know what you’re money is paying for! It’s probably not worth getting episodes instantly if it’s affecting your livelyhood

resubbing is honestly a great idea i do that, been on and off patreon subs for years now www. But the thing with UPP is that, i kinda came back for that, and now to just to have this weird schedule?? Its disheartening man, while i can afford it somewhat i bet there are more people who cant and only have spaced out their money to last for the UPP episodes. There are people who may find it important for themselves to see the latest ep as soon as possible yk yk. this is just sad wwww, still holding out hope ofc ofc it would be shit to go a month with no patreon episode
