It sounds like you all would like the Blades in the Dark system. Basically you start scenarios and can flashback like you did in the heist. It's for Ocean's 11 type campagins but I guess you could do other settings with it or inspiration from the mechanics :)

Hi! Love the show, love the people who make it possible, but not a fan of the c*nt usage in this tbh. I feel like a Karen complaining about it, but it really makes me uncomfy. I felt the same way with the use of the r-slur in the Fated stuff, but I really think you guys have grown as people since then. And maybe I'm the only one who feels this way, but I thought I might as well share in case I'm not the only person who is not a big fan of gendered insults or specifically the level of aggression and animosity that c*nt seems to convey. Not trying to cancel anyone, just sharing my own discomfort
