Jack's shock/vindicated face in the Whistledown reveal is priceless! 💟🐝 I was very impressed he guessed her so early on. I had no clue who it was until that scene on my first watch. I think the show really takes off in season 2, and as mentioned in a previous episode it's tied for my top ranking with the Queen Charlotte spinoff that followed. I agree that Mama Bridgerton is so comforting and she has a very keen eye when it comes to her kids...she doesn't miss much; even though explaining the "marital act" makes her flustered. There's so much to love about this show...the bright colors, the shooting locations, the intrigue, but most of all it is quite uplifting. Btw Jack, if you haven't looked up the history on Pomeranians it is sorta interesting...they were established by the English royals, and larger versions were introduced by Queen Charlotte in the mid-1700's.

The moment you started throwing Penelope's name in the ring as a possibility....was so excited for your reaction to the reveal lol I'm so excited for Season 2! Season 1 is a great introduction to this world, but it's only up from here! There are a total of 5 seasons so far; 4 sequential seasons and 1 spinoff in between S2-3. And Season 5 comes out next year so there's plenty of time to catch up!

I just wanted to touch on Francesca a bit. You don’t see much of her in seasons 1 or 2 and they change the actress that plays her in season 3. So, not a new character, you just only see her in a small amount of scenes. In Season 3, she’ll be seen a lot more. And I think you guys will like her(:

with siena, she gave in to passion one last time before moving on from anthony, and has tried many times before that to move on from him. regardless of what they both want with each other, she is right. she cannot join him in society, it wouldn't be accepted by the queen, no matter who the bridgertons have connections to, and she knows he wouldn't abandon his family to run away with her somewhere they could be together. anthony is also too stubborn to let her go on his own, so i see this as her finally coming to the conclusion that they can't have both, each other and society, and she's choosing to save them both from ruin

You’ll gain more insight into inheritance in the upcoming seasons. However, in brief, if Lord Featherington had a son outside his marriage, that individual would be illegitimate and thus ineligible to inherit the title. Since Lord Featherington never had a son, the title will be passed to the next male relative of him. Cannot wait for you guys to react to the next seasons!🥳

non-spoiler info (in case you haven't been told yet): this show is based on a series of books, and the series follows the books (more or less). each season is about a different Bridgerton sibling. forget normal shows where you have the same main characters season after season. next season there are other main characters. it's the same setting, but a completely different story. I am saying it so that you are not confused because a lot of reactors are. you will LOVE the remaining seasons, I promise you. this was a strong start but we have more to come. the right order (you've been told 1000 times already lol): S01 --> S02 --> Lady Charlotte (mandatory, consider it as S02.2 or something) --> S03 --> S04 can you guess which season is about which sibling? Jack? any wild guesses? lay them out for us ;)

Seeing Jack get vindicated was the reaction I was looking forward to😁. When you guessed it was Penelope so early on the season was such a droppable jaw moment 😅. Dan - never doubt your boy again. 😌 Fun fact: (in case no one else has mentioned it)… Jack, you are right (again)… they revealed who Whistledown was in the first season because they weren’t sure if the show will continue w/ season 2. ‘Cause in the books, Whistledown is not revealed until book 4. I hope you guys watch season 2 soon … In my humble opinion, it’s the best season so far ☺️.
