Hello everyone!

As most of you have probably seen, I've decided to restructure the membership tiers here, offering new perks to paid members in the process. One of the new perks is access to "Intermediate Development Builds", which are builds that will be available for Sophomore Tier members and above.

Mechanics that would typically be held back for a major public release (like v0.10.0) will now be accessible early in these builds. They will eventually be merged into the next public build once all planned features are in place and internal testing has concluded.

The first of these intermediate builds will be v0.9.5. Here's what you can expect from it:

Cheat Module (Done ✅)

This build will introduce the new cheat module, accessible via an unlock code, which will be shared with Graduate Tier members and above.

The cheat menu will allow you to grant yourself a weekly pass, add tokens...

Level yourself up...

Increase your magic proficiency...

Increase your skills...

And edit a Love Interest's stats.

Sweat Buildup System (Done ✅)

As intimacy scenes progress, Love Interests will visibly accumulate sweat. This feature can be turned off in the Gameplay Options menu.

Contextual Pet Names (Done ✅)

You will be able to set two pet names for each Love Interest: one public pet name - to be used in general contexts, and one private pet name, to be used during intimacy scenes. The stat thresholds for accepting taboo or spicy private pet names is lower than the public ones.

Her reaction to you setting specific pet names will now vary depending on whether you're asking to use that pet name in public, or in private.

You will also be able to toggle an option that allows private pet names to be used in any private context, instead of just during sex.

Doggystyle Anal Gaping Visuals (Done ✅)

Due to popular demand, in the Doggystyle scene (and the Giving scene "all fours" position) if Verity's anal experience is high enough, her ass will now gape after anal penetration.

Snakebite Piercings Removal (Done ✅)

Verity's mouth piercings have always been baked into her base sprites, meaning you couldn't remove them via Wardrobe, unlike her other piercings. Several people have expressed the wish to be able to remove them, so here you are!

They are now treated as all of other cosmetics, fully removable and integrated into the custom outfit system.

Miscellaneous Minor Additions/Tweaks

Weekly Pass Reminder (Done ✅): I've added a new card to the Journal screen that reminds you to earn your weekly pass. It dynamically displays how many classes you need to attend to earn your pass (or if you have already earned it).

Vibe Egg Mutual Pleasure (Done ✅): Tribbing Verity while she has her vibe egg attached and active will also provide pleasure to the MC.

Spellbook System Back-End Refactoring (Done ✅): I've overhauled the back-end functionality of the spellbook screen. Adding new spells of any proficiency level is now easier than ever, and you can expect me to add a few new spells on the coming updates! In fact, if you have any ideas for spells of any school, feel free to send them my way.

Bugfixes

Picking the "Use default settings" option when prompted with the option to to change the D20 Settings on a new game now actually sets all options to their default setting, if you had changed them previously.

Other Planned Features

Scrapped ❌ - Relationship Paths

In the past, I've talked about the idea to add different relationship dynamics for Verity, such as a platonic relationship (high affinity, low kink, basically the "just friends" route), or a "friends with benefits" dynamic (low affinity, high kink). After thinking about it extensively, I've decided to scrap this idea almost entirely. I still want to add a "platonic" route for people who just want to be friends with Verity, but that can wait until there are more love interests in the game. As for the idea of having a "friends with benefits" route, or a combative/adversarial route, it's officially scrapped. I'd rather explore those relationship dynamics with new Love Interests, rather than tacking them on to a character that was designed as a wholesome romance from the start.

Postponed ⌚ - Sixty-Nine Scene

Since I've started working on the vagina-exclusive scenes, I've been planning on adding a new anatomy-agnostic sixty-nine scene, where you and Verity pleasure each other mutually orally. I believe I can partly reuse a few doggystyle assets, but they will need adapting (meaning I won't be able to use them as-is; I'll probably need to edit them extensively), and I will definitely need to make new assets as well. So currently I'm of the mind that my time is best spent on adding new Love Interests. The sixty-nine scene can wait.

Release time frame, and other news

Most of the features I'd planned for v0.9.5 are fully done, so in the next few days I'll compile a testing build and let the playtesters break it bit. I'll then focus on fixing any bugs they find, and release the build to paid members of Sophomore Tier and above. You can expect it to be out by next week, around October 28th-29th.

I'll also release a post sharing the Cheat Module codes for Graduate Tier members and above!

For University Board Tier members, I'm still in the process of compiling the art pack so that I can release it as well, it's more work than I'd anticipated! Sorry for the delay, and thank you for your patience!
