I plan to release the next version in about two days. I still need to test it myself by playing Manager Career Mode across different clubs and leagues to make sure everything runs smoothly.

This upcoming update will implement many of your suggestions, especially regarding player growth, transfer activity, etc.

In the meantime, I have just updated the current mod version to keep it compatible with the latest EA game patch.
