⚠️ Important Notes Before Using

NEVER PLAY YOUR SAVE FILE WITHOUT THE MOD.

If FC 27 receives a new title update, it is best not to update the game immediately until a compatible version of this mod is available. Playing your save without the mod, or using an incompatible game/mod version, may cause Career Mode issues. For general news, support, and information about the mod, you can check my Patreon.

If this is your first time using my mod, please start a new career. DO NOT USE IT ON AN EXISTING SAVE FILE. However, if you are already using my mod in your current save, you do not need to start a new career—you can continue playing normally.

This mod uses custom XP, player growth, progression, finances, morale, and squad logic. If you apply it to an existing save that never used this mod before, some player overall ratings (OVR) may decrease or behave strangely because the game is suddenly reading a completely different progression system.

Starting a fresh career will always provide the cleanest and best experience.

A more realistic, immersive, balanced, and enjoyable EA SPORTS FC 27 Career Mode experience.

AGT ALL IN ONE is a complete Career Mode overhaul designed to improve the way football career mode works.

From match ratings and player development to transfers, club finances, AI management, youth academies, injuries, and player morale, almost every major aspect of Career Mode has been reworked.

The goal is simple: make FC 27 feel more like real football while fixing frustrating and unrealistic behavior from the original game.

Build a small club into a European powerhouse, manage a world-class squad, develop future superstars, or enjoy a more authentic manager and player career journey.

1. REALISTIC MATCH RATINGS & PLAYER PERFORMANCE

A completely rebalanced match rating system that evaluates players more fairly based on their performances during simulated matches. This feature applies to match simulation, not actual gameplay.

Realistic Match Ratings for All Positions

Match ratings have been rebalanced for goalkeepers, defenders, midfielders, wingers, and strikers. Unlike the original game, where attacking players often receive greater recognition, AGT gives players across all positions better opportunities to achieve high ratings based on their contributions. Defenders and goalkeepers who perform exceptionally well can now receive match ratings comparable to attacking players.

Fairer Match Ratings for Substitutes

Players who enter a match late are no longer heavily penalized simply because they have limited playing time. A substitute who performs well can still receive a good match rating instead of automatically receiving a rating below 6.

Example: A striker enters the match in the 75th minute and scores an important goal. His contribution can now be properly recognized despite playing only 15 minutes.

Improved Defensive Performance and Clean Sheet Recognition

Defenders and goalkeepers receive better recognition for their defensive performances. Keeping a clean sheet has a greater positive influence on their match ratings, while goals conceded and defensive mistakes still have consequences.

Example: Your team wins a simulated match 2 to 0. Your centre backs perform well, and your goalkeeper keeps a clean sheet. Instead of receiving average ratings simply because they did not score or assist, they have better opportunities to earn high match ratings for their defensive contributions. However, defenders who perform poorly or make costly mistakes can still receive lower ratings.

More Balanced Yellow and Red Card Penalties

Disciplinary cards still negatively affect match ratings, but they no longer completely overshadow a player's positive contributions.

Example: Your striker scores a goal and provides an assist before receiving a red card. He will still receive a significant rating penalty for being sent off, but his goal and assist will also be considered.

This prevents situations where one disciplinary incident automatically results in an excessively poor rating regardless of the player's contributions.

Better Overall Rating Balance

Match ratings are more balanced across different positions, allowing defensive players, creative midfielders, goalkeepers, and attackers to receive more appropriate recognition for their performances. The objective is to make simulated match ratings reflect each player's contribution rather than favoring goalscorers alone.

Overall, AGT creates a fairer and more realistic simulated match rating system where every position has the opportunity to earn excellent ratings through strong performances.

2. SMARTER AI MANAGERS & TEAM SELECTION

AI managers now make better decisions when choosing their starting lineups and managing their squads.

Improved AI starting XI selection based on player form, performances, roles, and tactical requirements.

Better squad rotation and team selection.

More realistic lineup decisions in both Manager Career and Player Career.

Greater consideration of player performance instead of relying too heavily on overall rating.

Improved AI formation choices and more varied tactical approaches.

More dynamic team playstyles, making opponents less repetitive.

Better AI squad management throughout the season.

AI managers are designed to make more logical decisions about who deserves to start and how their teams should play.

3. REALISTIC PLAYER GROWTH & DEVELOPMENT

Player development is more challenging, rewarding, and believable.

Rebalanced player growth and overall progression.

Reaching 90+ overall is more difficult, making world-class players feel special.

Player development is influenced by form, match performances, and playing time.

Slower and more realistic development for young players.

Improved development differences between positions.

More realistic attribute progression throughout a player's career.

Players develop at different speeds rather than following identical growth patterns.

Completely Reworked Development Plans

Every outfield development plan trains approximately 15–16 attributes.

Each development plan has its own unique attribute focus.

More balanced attribute development for every position.

Improved goalkeeper development plans that train their important goalkeeping attributes.

Better opportunities to develop versatile footballers without making every player identical.

Improved Position Changes

Position changes are more realistic and achievable.

In the original game, changing certain positions can take an unreasonable amount of time, sometimes making the conversion practically impossible.

With AGT, consistently playing someone in another position can make their development and conversion more achievable.

Example: Want to turn a striker into a winger or attacking midfielder? Give them regular opportunities in that position, and the notification position change will eventually come based on their performance.

PlayStyle+ Upgrades

The minimum overall rating (OVR) to upgrade a PlayStyle to PlayStyle+ has been reduced to 75 for youth academy players and 82 for non-academy players. The second PlayStyle+ upgrade is set at 90 OVR.

For a double PlayStyle+, the minimum number of base PlayStyles required has also been reduced: outfield players only need 3, and goalkeepers only need 2.

4. REALISTIC TRANSFER MARKET & AI SQUAD BUILDING

A more active, competitive, and intelligent transfer market.

Improved AI transfer activity across different leagues.

Smarter squad building based on weak positions and squad requirements.

AI clubs make better decisions about which players they need to sign.

More realistic transfer negotiations and asking prices.

Improved contract and wage negotiations.

Better transfer deadline day activity.

Improved loan decisions and squad trimming.

More realistic player market values.

Increased goalkeeper valuations.

Higher transfer values for talented wonderkids and high-potential youngsters.

Improved Transfer Negotiations

AI clubs are less likely to immediately walk away from negotiations when your opening offer is outside their expectations.

Instead, they are more willing to continue negotiating within their financial capabilities.

Example: If you're selling a player for €50 million, a wealthy club like Real Madrid may be capable of matching your asking price, while a smaller club may offer the maximum it can realistically afford.

The smaller club won't necessarily end negotiations immediately just because it cannot match your original asking price.

This improvement also applies to delegated negotiations, reducing situations where your assistant manager returns with an instant rejection.

More Flexible Contract Lengths

Players are more willing to consider contracts longer than their initial requests.

For example, a player initially asking for a two-year contract may be willing to accept a four-year deal under suitable conditions.

Both younger and older players benefit from more flexible negotiations, while their preferences still matter.

5. REWORKED CLUB FINANCES & TRANSFER BUDGETS

Better financial balance for both wealthy clubs and smaller teams.

Improved club income and expense calculations.

More realistic financial management.

FFP-style financial restrictions to discourage irresponsible spending.

Financial consequences for poor performance and overspending.

Improved transfer-budget carry-over between seasons.

More meaningful financial rewards for successful clubs.

Better opportunities for smaller clubs to grow financially.

More balanced transfer-sale income and board deductions.

Smaller Clubs Can Grow Through Smart Business

Smaller clubs are designed to receive a more generous share of their player-sale income, making it easier to rebuild after losing their best players.

Example: If a smaller club sells its star player for €25 million, it should be able to reinvest a more meaningful portion of that money instead of losing most of it to the board.

Successful Seasons Should Matter

The financial system is also designed to better reward clubs that achieve strong league results and generate healthy profits.

A smaller club that consistently performs well, qualifies for Europe, and makes money should have better opportunities to increase its transfer budget in future seasons.

However, clubs that spend excessively or perform poorly can still face financial limitations.

The objective is financial realism, not unlimited money.

6. IMPROVED PLAYER MORALE & SQUAD HAPPINESS

Say goodbye to players constantly demanding transfers over minor playing-time issues.

One of the most frustrating problems in the original Career Mode is how easily players become unhappy.

Sometimes, even recently signed players complain about their playing time and request transfers after only a short period.

AGT introduces a more forgiving but still realistic morale system.

Players are more patient when waiting for opportunities.

Reduced excessive unhappiness from occasional bench appearances.

More balanced playing-time expectations for Crucial, Important, Rotation, Sporadic, and Prospect players.

Better morale recovery through strong performances.

Improved morale reactions to results, playing time, contract terms, wages, and team success.

Less aggressive dissatisfaction for players who are rotated.

Better initial morale for recently signed players.

More reasonable contract happiness and wage expectations.

Improved Morale Recovery

Unhappy players are given better opportunities to rebuild their happiness by playing well and receiving regular opportunities.

Example: If a player is unhappy because of limited playing time, giving them consistent minutes and strong performances can help improve their morale again.

The system aims to make squad management more forgiving without completely removing the possibility of unhappy players.

Players who are consistently ignored can still become frustrated and want to leave.

7. REALISTIC INJURIES, STAMINA & FITNESS

Player fitness, recovery, and injury risk have been rebalanced to create a more realistic football experience.

Improved Injury System

More realistic injury frequency and severity.

Longer and more meaningful injuries.

Injury risk is influenced by player characteristics.

Pace, physical attributes, aggression, and stamina play a greater role in injury risk.

Players with demanding physical profiles may face increased injury risks.

Example: An explosive winger with extremely high pace but poor stamina may be more vulnerable to injury than a player with better physical endurance.

Improved Stamina & Recovery

The original game can make players lose fitness too quickly between matches, making squad management unnecessarily frustrating.

AGT improves stamina management and recovery.

More balanced fitness loss outside matches.

Improved recovery between fixtures.

Reduced excessive fatigue.

Better opportunities to rotate players without constantly dealing with exhausted squads.

More realistic fitness management during busy schedules.

Players will not always have 100% fitness. Fatigue and squad rotation remain important, but recovery is designed to be less punishing.

 8. MORE REALISTIC MATCH SIMULATION

Simulated matches now aim to produce more believable results and statistics.

Improved match simulation logic.

Stronger teams are more likely to defeat significantly weaker opponents.

Unexpected upsets are still possible.

Reduced frequency of excessive draws.

More varied wins and losses.

Rebalanced goals, assists, yellow cards, and red cards.

Improved substitution logic.

More realistic season statistics and player contributions.

Example: A title-contending club should generally perform better against a relegation-threatened team, but that doesn't mean the weaker team cannot pull off a surprise victory.

Football remains unpredictable, just with a more realistic balance between team strength and results.

9. MORE REALISTIC PLAYER AWARDS

Individual awards are now more influenced by actual performances instead of player reputation and overall rating alone.

Improved award evaluation.

Greater importance placed on match performances and seasonal contributions.

Better recognition for midfielders, defenders, and goalkeepers.

Reduced advantage for famous, high-overall players who underperform.

More realistic competition for major individual awards.

A defender who consistently delivers outstanding performances or a goalkeeper who plays a major role in winning trophies should have a better opportunity to receive recognition.

Awards are designed to reward performances, not just big names.

10. IMPROVED MANAGER CAREER & JOB MARKET

A more realistic managerial experience with improved club expectations and career opportunities.

Improved AI manager transfers and managerial changes.

More realistic manager job opportunities.

Better board expectations and evaluations.

Improved job security.

More balanced management pressure.

Improved application cooldowns.

Better managerial movement between clubs.

More realistic career progression for managers.

Your managerial career should feel more dynamic, with opportunities and consequences that better reflect your performances and reputation.

11. COMPLETE YOUTH ACADEMY OVERHAUL

Youth development is designed to feel more rewarding and more believable.

Improved youth academy player generation.

Better youth scouting balance.

More realistic youth player development.

Rebalanced newgen generation.

Slower growth to prevent every youngster from becoming world-class too quickly.

More balanced starting overall ratings.

Improved Youth Player Generation

Youth academy players can now be generated at 14–15 years old.

Typical newly generated youth players can have estimated overall ratings around 60–72, higher than in the previous AGT FC 26 version.

Younger prospects, particularly those aged 14, can still be generated below 60 overall.

Minimum age for academy promotion has been reduced to 14.

Longer Youth Academy Development

Youth players are designed to be more patient before requesting promotion to the senior team.

Instead of constantly threatening to leave the academy at a young age, they can potentially remain until around 22–25 years old.

This gives managers more freedom to develop academy players at their own pace.

Longer Youth Contracts

Promoted youth players can receive longer contracts of approximately 6–7 years, allowing clubs to protect their young talents without immediately dealing with repeated contract renewals.

Playstyle

Youth academy players will now always generate with PlayStyles. Roughly 80% will generate with 4 or more PlayStyles, while the remaining 20% will have fewer than 4.

12. BETTER SCOUTING & COACHING STAFF

Improved scouting staff generation.

Better coaching staff quality.

Increased availability of highly rated and five-star coaches.

Improved coaching and tactical development support.

Expanded coaching and staff-management possibilities.

Coach maximum slot increased to 30+

Building a strong coaching department should be more accessible while still allowing differences between clubs.

13. REALISTIC STADIUM ATTENDANCE

Stadium crowds now respond more naturally to club reputation and match conditions.

Attendance is influenced by factors such as:

Club popularity and prestige.

League level.

Recent team performances.

Match importance.

Weather conditions.

Competition reputation.

Example: A smaller club struggling near the bottom of the table should not automatically fill its stadium every week, while a major fixture or important cup match can attract stronger attendance.

The objective is to create a more believable atmosphere across different leagues and clubs.

14. DYNAMIC EUROPEAN COMPETITION QUALIFICATION

European qualification has been reworked with a more dynamic coefficient-style system.

Qualification opportunities are designed to respond more dynamically to the performances of clubs from different domestic leagues in European competitions.

This creates the possibility of changes in the European qualification places available to leagues from season to season.

For example, strong performances from clubs in one country could improve that country's European qualification opportunities.

Note: In some situations, the final qualification result may differ from the competition indicator displayed in the league table. For example, in the league table the team supposedly qualification for UEFA Europe league, but the next season they will qualify in UEFA champion league if one of their team won or performed well in European competition.

15. IMPROVED PLAYER CAREER MODE

A more flexible, customizable, and less frustrating Player Career experience, giving you greater freedom to develop your footballer exactly how you want.

Faster Personality Progression and PlayStyle Unlocks

Player personality progression has been rebalanced to make unlocking PlayStyles faster and more accessible.

The XP level requirements have been reduced, allowing you to unlock more PlayStyles earlier in your career.

Instead of spending several seasons grinding XP just to unlock additional abilities, you have greater freedom to decide how many PlayStyles you want your player to have.

Easier PlayStyle+ Unlocks

The personality percentage requirement for unlocking PlayStyle+ has been reduced from 65% to just 25%.

This makes it significantly easier to develop your player's preferred personality and unlock powerful abilities without being forced to focus excessively on a single personality type.

Up to 7 PlayStyle+ Abilities

Unlike the original game, where personality restrictions limit your PlayStyle+ choices, AGT allows you to develop all 7 of your selected PlayStyles into PlayStyle+, rather than being restricted to just one.

This gives you greater freedom to create a truly unique footballer with the abilities that best suit your preferred playing style.

Expanded PlayStyle Selection Across All Positions

PlayStyle restrictions have been adjusted to allow access to abilities normally associated with other positions.

Example: If you are playing as a striker or winger, you can also select PlayStyles typically associated with midfielders, defenders, or even goalkeepers.

This allows you to experiment with different abilities and create more versatile footballers instead of being limited by your selected position.

Improved Player Career Objectives

Player Career objectives have been rebalanced to remove or reduce unrealistic and unnecessarily demanding requirements.

Signing a new contract or extending your current contract is now less frustrating, with more reasonable expectations.

The objective is to make career progression feel more natural rather than forcing you to complete repetitive or unrealistic challenges.

More Reasonable Match Objectives

In match objectives have been improved to make them more achievable and realistic.

Players are no longer expected to complete excessively demanding tasks simply to maintain their standing with the manager or progress through their careers.

This creates a more enjoyable experience where you can focus on playing football rather than constantly worrying about unrealistic objectives.

Improved AI Manager Lineup Decisions

AI managers make better decisions when selecting starting lineups and substitutes.

Player form, performances, and squad requirements receive greater consideration, creating more realistic opportunities to earn a place in the starting eleven.

Better Player Performance Evaluation

Player performances receive more balanced consideration in Career Mode systems.

Consistent performances can have a more meaningful influence on your standing within the team, helping make your contributions feel more rewarding.

More Freedom to Develop Your Player

You have greater flexibility when building your player's abilities and PlayStyles instead of being restricted by overly rigid position requirements.

The objective is to let you create the type of footballer you actually want to play as.
