Mischief Domain - An Alternative Trickster Cleric (Patreon)

This subclass alters the existing Trickster Domain of the Cleric to include abilities inspired by Jester Lavorre from the Mighty Nein (Critical Role Campaign 2). This subclass was commissioned by Cosplay Battle!

Changelog v1.05 (16 June 2026)

The following changes were added after discovering some balance issues from a recent D&D VS video (see here: https://youtu.be/6kCxSVgQ6m4). These changes keep the damage output more reasonable compared to other Cleric subclasses.

♦ Invoke Mischief

• Spiritual Prankster: Spiritual Slam - This feature now has a specific damage roll on a hit (1d8 + your Wisdom modifier, and increases to 2d8 + your Wisdom modifier at level 17). Previously, this used Spiritual Weapon's original spell attack that can be done as a Magic action. But this caused major balance issues due to Empowered Mischief at level 17, where it's possible to deal a level 6+ spell slot's worth of damage twice per round.
