BETA v0.9b - The Oath of the Frozen Flame, a Flame and Frost Paladin!
Howdy folks! I think this update is close to the release version. This update revises the subclass’s progression, softens resource management and tracking, and updates the forms to be closer to the "feature size" of other Channel Divinity abilities.
It's still quite a bit denser compared to its contemporaries, but I think that's just the nature of adapting Kamen Rider to D&D.
I included the last alpha version in case you're curious of its progression.

Changelog
♦ General Changes
• The subclass has undergone a broad mechanical cleanup focused on reducing tracking, clarifying resource costs, and giving each Frozen Flame Shape a more distinct purpose.
• Feature progression has been reorganized to better align with Paladin subclass levels.
• Several effects have been rewritten to use fixed values instead of relying on the removed Frozen Flame Die system.
• The 5e/2014 compatibility text has been updated to reflect the revised mechanics.
• Rules text has been firmed up across the board.
• New source material and Ex-Aid campaign integration sections have been added to the document.
♦ Subclass Changes
• Aspect of the Frozen Flame has been reworked. It now uses its own pool of uses rather than consuming Channel Divinity, making the subclass’s central transformation more consistently available.
• Frozen Flame Shapes now use a new activation system. Channel Divinity activates a shape, while additional Aspect uses allow you to change shapes during play. Their unlock levels have also been reorganized to match Paladin subclass progression.
• Elemental Deliverance has been expanded. In addition to altering Divine Smite, it can now convert eligible Paladin spells between Cold and Fire damage.
• The Frozen Flame Die system has been removed. Shape benefits now use fixed values and more self-contained effects, reducing scaling references and ongoing tracking.
• Every Frozen Flame Shape has received major revisions. Knight and Herald now offer clearer foundational combat styles, while Wyrm Hunter, Tyrant, and Savior have been substantially rebuilt around their intended roles.
• Wyrm Hunter now emphasizes mixed elemental power. Its breath weapon deals both Cold and Fire damage, while its flight, defense, and demanding exit cost reinforce its high-risk identity.
• Tyrant now provides stronger battlefield protection and retaliation. Its revised abilities protect allies within your aura while supporting aggressive repositioning through the Shield spell.
• Savior has been redesigned around your highest-level oath spells. Its Fire and Frost benefits now enhance converted castings of Cone of Cold and Wall of Fire.
• The level 15 feature has been replaced. Elemental Diffusion now allows Shield to be triggered off Dexterity saving throws made by you and nearby allies.
• Convergence of Flame and Frost has been rebuilt. The capstone now manifests Conjure Minor Elementals without Concentration and grants sustained magical flight.
• The oath spell list has been updated. Conjure Minor Elementals replaces Fire Shield and includes rules for both the 2024 and 2014 versions of the spell.
• Additional source-material and campaign-integration guides have been added. The document now includes a source material guide and optional rules for using the subclass alongside the Ex-Aid campaign homebrew.
