Merry Christmas! How long have you been doing art for?
Hi! I’ve been drawing pretty much since I was a kid and could hold a crayon. Since then I went to and graduated from an art program, and then bounced from whatever side project or commission fell into my lap for about a year and a half.
I started the comic this summer and it’s my first serious attempt to get my work out there in front of people.
I know that’s a bit more than you asked but I didn’t want to just leave things at “since childhood” 😅
Hey thanks for small window into your world, I appreciate it and for more than a two word response 😄. I hope it goes well for you! Do you mainly draw slice of life comics or do you other styles of art like sci-fi (robots, Doctor Who)?
This is actually my first foray into this kind of comic. I’ve done a lot more character art before this, usually fantasy characters for DnD and other TTRPGs.
I only recently found your work via the comic stuff, and I’d say you’re pretty good :3
I agree with that, I like your art style. Two questions, do you like Lord of the Rings, and what is your favorite class/kind of DnD type fantasy character?
Thank you! Lord of the Rings is good but I’m more of a star trek gal. My favorite class is Rogue, I end up playing arcane tricksters (or similar in other formats) the most.

While they’re definitely not married, I do like to keep their relationship not really labeled or a little ambiguous. Somewhere between besties with benefits and non-monogamous life-partners I suppose? Regardless they’re each other’s “number 1’s” forever
Part of that is down to the reality that this is a lewd webcomic, and if I’m gonna have a bunch of characters banging each other I’d rather sidestep any debates around ethical non-monogomy and open marriages.
The art looks great, could we perhaps get some more art of Penny and Clover scissoring/tribbing?
Would love to see some comics that connect female sexuality to seizing power. Laodice vs Antiochus II is an interesting story where she is divorced for political reasons that Antiochus II think benefit him, but then gets poisoned by Laodice who tries to put her own son on the Seleucid throne.
Will we ever see the artist’s persona have a relationship with Penny and Clover?
Honestly its not something I really plan to do at this point. I was pretty hesitant to even put myself in the comic in the first place, so I’ll probably continue to use myself sparingly for more meta jokes

A few months ago I got Luck Of The Draw Year One and I thought it was great! Pictures came out great and the physical quality of the book itself was fancy. Any possibility of a printed Year Two down the line?
I might! It’s definitely a labor of love putting everything together to get a book made. I am looking into doing a test run of other physical stuff in the near-ish future though.
