We were joined for the main podcast this week by friend of the show, director of The Disappearances of Lydia Fountayne, and costume consultant Sarah McCostumes to talk about Victory episode 39 and the costumes that appear throughout the show. But it turns out Sarah's never seen Victory before and didn't have enough time to watch the whole show, so Nina and Thom put their heads together to come up with the essential Victory Gundam watch list. Nanopocalypse

Katejina Shower Episode is 14, so it won't be skipped on this essentials list. I don't agree with your interpretation of this scene because there are certain details in that episode that might prove they aren't sleeping together JUST YET. But I'm not gonna type a long comment arguing why I don't think their relationship has accelerated that far, mostly because it is conjecture and I have no official material to back it up. I will say though that by time they land in Alti Gibraltar, it'd only been a week since Cronicle took Katejina from the League Militaire camp...according to a source published years after the show aired lol. By episode 24, they are absolutely a couple in every sense of the word, implying they became more intimate in space or after landing in Zanscare/Ameria. 😳 That's my story and I'm stickin' to it! The saddest part is even if one doesn't skip any episodes with scenes of them together, their relationship is still murky and left largely up to interpretation because...? My guess is it's because the show is meant to be seen through the kids' perspectives. Especially Uso's: he simply cannot comprehend how his older crush could fall in love with the enemy. Thus, why show how things really are between them? Why make Cronicle likeable when it's easier to reduce him into a mindless killer who enabled Katejina to become one too?
