Omg you’re gonna fall in love with sleep token. They have a lot of heavy shit but also the singer is AMAZINNGG he’s a siren

tavi 🦀

Day ??? Of suggesting Willow Avalon for the wheel (or for a deep dive) starting with “Yodelayheewho”

Lynette Bates

Omg!!! Listen up Swifties… Sleep Token 💯 is our jam. I’m telling you. The lyrics are AMAZING. Their knew album is what I like to call baby making metal. Other than Taylor, they are the only other artist I am traveling to go see. I recommend chokehold and alkaline from their last album and Dangerous from their new album. Vessels voice is mesmerizing and his high tones 👌

Eleanor

been loving seeing yall discovering new peeps as always, would live for a fully Norman Fuckin Rockwell reaction the whole album is amazing I think y'all would go hard for it, also been loving watching you find Paramore, so hype for After Laughter pt3!

Courtney

Sleep Token....ah man, K must have joined Booktok 😂😂

Amanda

SLEEP TOKEN YESSSSSSS!!! I cannot wait to watch this later

Taylor

YES. Sleep Token is 100% on par with t swift with me. I loooove them

RepTVgirly_showgirl

Kelly Clarkson is the most underrated vocalist of our generation, argue with ya Mama 🤣 Y'all HAVE TO DO WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN!!!! It's her latest single and it's so good!

Tyra Mast

Yes, this is metal

Lively_Ash

Y’all PLEASE react to all of NORMAN FUCKING ROCKWELL!!!! 💛💛💛 I promise you will die & be brought back to life by its AWESOMENESS!!! The lyrics SLAAAAYYYYYYYY!!!!!

Bailey

SLEEP TOKEN LFG!!!!!!!!

Shanna

Sleep Token YESSSS!!!

Jessica

I have never heard Kelly's version of Happier Than Ever and I am sitting here with my jaw on the floor. Like what, Miss American Idol???

Shanna

I am so excited you went into Sleep Token blind.

Abby (Eliot’s version)

You have to do more Sleep Token - Vessel is everything with his offerings and every song is so different! The lore too?! Oh man it’s freaking amazing… I think you’ll love them 🖤

Anna Edgecombe

mk.gee - Alexis the 1975 - sex catfish and the bottlemen - fallout The neighborhood - stargazing Kings of Leon

Tracey

Do more Kelly !

Tyra Mast

Yes these guys are unique and some of their songs have these blusey feels

Taylor

Also Sleep Token (in my opinion) is kind of in their own genre of metal. They take a lot of influence from different styles of music. A lot of their stuff sounds ethereal

facelessfolklore

sleep token is so damn good yall!! i absolutely recommend take me back to eden, chokehold, and rain!!

Yasmiyn T

Sleep token is really good you guys should listen to the song hypnosis or alkaline. The album Take me back to Eden is really good. They’re a metal band but the metal community has a love hate relationship with them because they don’t like how they incorporate r&b in their music lol. I’ve seen them live 3 times and they are amazing and the drummer is so good. You guys should listen to more from them I think you’ll love the r&b aspects and the drums 😊

Kim

Doin Time is a cover of the song by Sublime from the 90s. Y’all would like that one, too fr ❤️

Spencer LaPray

Oh yesssssss. Sleep Token is a rabbit hole ya’ll definitely need to jump into!

Clare

My alternative suggestions... Wolf Alice Arctic Monkeys Muse Yeah Yeah Yeahs

Shanna

Sleep Token- Emergence off their latest album, oh my gosh, I can take you down the rabbit hole. 😂

Bailey

Kelly’s Happier Than Ever cover lives rent free in my head.

Morgan

Thank you for finally listening to Lana!!! That’s a great album would love to hear more reactions from it!

Rikki

Lana covered Sublime!! Y’all should listen to the original, but she totally killed this!!

Clare

You will love the Norman F%£king Rockwell album!

Samantha

Love this! I myself have just been learning about Sleep Tokens discography. I so enjoy that your hearts are open trying new genres and appreciating the beauty even if it’s not your daily go-to listen!!

Bri

YESS finally sleep token!!! But you guys should really listen to their song Caramel! Much more your vibe

Wendy Horrell

Kelly went through a nasty divorce so she felt that song like she was the one who wrote it. She can sing anything but you can tell she was feeling those lyrics lol

Lauryn ❤️‍🔥

Bahahahaha the way I sat in complete silence after hearing Kelly cover it the first time just like you both 🤣🤣 I KNEW that was going to be good when you picked it up

Lauryn ❤️‍🔥

American Idol should’ve stopped cause they found the one in the first season 👏

Molly Mehl

As everyone said that Lana song is a cover, but y’all should listen to her full albums. They’re so smooth and unique

Lauryn ❤️‍🔥

Also…. A whole video of Kellyoke would be worth it. She kills EVERY TIME

Holly T.

I love Lana’s version of this song but Sublime’s version will always have my heart.

Amy

The Kelly reaction thoughhhhhhh!!!! 🎤 🥰

Samantha

Definitely listen to more Lana! Born to Die is insaaaneee!

Mikaila Roberts

Lana also covered the other “summertime and the livin is easy” song yall were singing and it’s so good. But you gotta do a full album of Lana’s and Norman is an excellent place to start ♥️♥️♥️♥️

Amanda P

You should all listen to “Whole Lotta Woman” by Kelly Clarkson.

Mary (onlyeverthus)

🚨🚨🚨 I wonder if you guys wouldn’t benefit from doing maybe a more centralized way of requests? Either make one request post per week, or (and my nerdy organization-loving heart is here for this) making some kind of master Google Doc of all the requests that you guys can refer to. And yes, this is me volunteering to make it, lol. You guys just get so many requests that they all get jumbled and I think it might be easier for you to keep track of what you have and haven’t done, what has the most requests, individual songs per artists, all of that fun stuff. Let me know! 🚨🚨🚨

gigi

more lana !!!!

Jessi

Yes!!!! MORE SLEEP TOKEN! They will take you on a journey. They are no one genre. They have elements of metal, rap, r&b, pop, indie, and rock. It really makes the metalheads confused and angry because they don’t stay in just the metal lane.

Bailey

“I feel like I’m in Hot Topic” and “It’s giving fog” had me rolling!

Rachel Robinson

Oh my god your sleep token reaction made me so giddy😂 I can’t wait for you guys to listen and explore more of their stuff🤭

Riclyn Sherman

Clicked so fast when I saw sleep token 😂

Jessibubbbly

Ren & Chinchilla Chalk Outlines music video

Jessibubbbly

Queen…Bohemian Rhapsody or Somebody to Love

astra

if you're up for the rock vibe, getting more into that scene with a really good band would be Ghost! I reccomend "Mary on a Cross", "Griftwood", "Darkness at the Heart of my Love", or "Square Hammer". They are super interesting with their instruments and their voice is insanely good.

Nikki

MORE LANA AND SLEEP TOKEN PLEASE 🖤

Jamie

Kelly has been my queen since A Moment Like This. This girl has pipes and can sing anything.

Brittany B.

Oh, you are going to go down a *rabbit hole* with Sleep Token! They don't adhere to any one genre really, even in a single song, like you saw with The Summoning here. But caution: the band is anonymous and wants to STAY THAT WAY. Don't try to look into them too much, as they were doxxed, and their real names and info are out there, but they don't want it to be. If you want to sorta hear their POV on that situation, I'd recommend listening to their song Caramel next. Vessel is the lead singer (and lyricist, composer, and records all instruments but drums in the studio), the drummer is ii (two), the bassist is iii (three), and the guitarist is iv (four, or Ivy affectionately from fans). There's more to go into there, about how only Vess and ii are on the recordings and iii and iv are technically "touring members" (though nobody sees them ever leaving and everyone loves them just as much as the other two and consider them just as much a part of the band!), and that they also tour with a group of 3 girls who do backing vocals called Espera, but I don't want to overwhelm with info too soon, even though this probably already was... whoops, haha... <3

Xander

Oh I can give you random music! I basically listen to every genre and decade from many countries. Lvther ft Myzica - Some Kind of Magic Lily Allen - Little Soldier The Dark Tenor - Ode an die Freude Enya - Pale Grass Blue Future World Music - Stroke of Luck

Kent

YESSSS!!! THIS is the exact reaction I was hoping for with Kelly!

Shannon

NFR deserves to be listened to in full as an album.

Jaimie C

more LANA please!! Doin' Time is a cover (Lana is AMAZING at any cover she does) BUT you gotta listen to some of her originals - lyrics, vibes are FIRE!!

Alejandra Walton

Song suggestions: You Were Meant for Me - Jewel Mind Over Matter - Young the Giant Woman - Wolfmother Give Me Novacaine - Green Day

Thekatsmeow

You guys HAVE to listen to the Even in Arcadia album by sleep token. It shows every side of the band there is, they are so much more than just rock or metal.

Sam

Idk why artist keep letting Kelly sing their songs… they become hers after 😂

Katie Herring

jonas brothers - happiness begins album renee rapp - anything she’s ever done halsey - badlands album fletcher - girl of my dreams album (standard then just listen to the deluxe tracks on their own, deluxe order is messed up)

Jessica

I’m SO EXCITED y’all finally did Sleep Token! I always say they’re like the metal Hozier 😅 you have to listen to more of their stuff and look into the lore a bit to dive a little deeper into their songs. They really don’t miss but anything from their newest album, Even in Arcadia (especially Gethsemane!) and the album before that, Take Me Back to Eden, is going to blow your mind! Also, Kaniya, Sleep Token goes hand in hand with the shadow daddies on BookTok. We just know Azriel is a Sleep Token fan. #IYKYK 😂

Vanessa

Cinnamon or the opening track of that album. Sorry sometimes I talk to y’all like you’re in the room with me. But sublime songs have their time and place and Lana’s covers ain’t it. Her original tracks on that album are some of her best. That album is definitely worth listening to in order, it’s some of her most cohesive storytelling. And the opening track is heaven.

Vanessa

Also yes Norman Rockwell is a person haha. And the guy on the album cover? He’s the son of someone very famous….

Lauren

Kelly clarkson did a version of quite up town for Hamilton

Here are some New Zealand Artists: Have you heard of Drax Project? I think you would truly enjoy their Drax Project album. You might of heard "woke up late" with Haylee Steinfield 😉 you should absolutely at LEAST listen to: all this time x natural selection x prefer x only us 🤣 highlight recommend 👌👌👌 Also Ultralight beam - Stan Walker, LIVE if you can! You will be legitimately be blown AWAY by his vocal talent. Six60 is INCREDIBLE. I encourage you to listen don't forget your roots: but then listen to the te reo version to feel the SPIRIT of the music. They have some incredible music, green bottles, the greatest, white lines, mothers eyes.

Stephanie

Ashley Kutcher and more Fletcher!

Erin G

K-pop demon catchers!! Catchy songs and killer vocals, the entire movie would be so cool :) 💖

Kylynn Walton

Maaaannnnnnn do I have a list if y’all are interested in dabbling further into metal. And I really really really hope y’all are interested in exploring the genre more. I’m a percussionist, so as soon as I started getting into drums I was immediately drawn to metal. I feel like 2010 is when a huge shift happened and there were sooooo many good things happening in that era. It’s such a fun genre and community. So you know how they made a million NOW! That’s what I call musics, they have POP! Goes Punk which is so much fun. The Amity Affliction always has beautifully heartbreaking lyrics in the best way. I See Stars has insane vocals and great instrumentals. I Prevail has a cover of “Blank Space.” Pierce the Veil has strong Spanish and Mexican roots that just adds dimension to their sound. My personal faves would be— “King for a Day - Pierce the Veil “Yellow King” - I See Stars Most Slipknot and Amity Affliction And there’s literally so many other bands, but I can’t list all of them. My number one recommendation would be to react to “The Drug in Me is You” (2011 version) by Falling in Reverse and then react to the Reimagined Version. Ronnie Radke is problematic, but I have to give credit where it’s due, he is a great musician a vocalist.

K Clark

“Summertime” is a cover of the song “Doin’ Time,” by Sublime…and you should definitely listen to it, now that you’ve heard Lana cover it!

Sara Cunnington

it would be so cool if you guys made a "undiscovered artist" wheel. like artist we may know that arn't big yet but we love.

Amy Avampato

I’m not sure you guys would cover it but her cover of Gayle’s “ABCDEFU” is literally iconic and breathtaking and even if you don’t post a reaction you should definitely watch it…she covers it in one of her Vegas vids…Gayle’s original is also wonderful

K Clark

I’m just going to keep recommending Jeff Buckley. Specifically, “Lover, You Should Have Come Over” or his version of “Hallelujah”

🫶🏼 Laura B. 🫶🏼

You all should do a Kelly-oke series since she sings live during every episode of her talk show 🤌🏼

MetalBabe Sami

The best part about Sleep Token, they are not one genre. That allows them to experiment with whatever they want. You guys should really deep dive into their music. But make sure you check out the recent lore about someone exposing their identities and private information. Their new album refers to that a lot. They wear masks and have stage names because they want the music to speak for itself and when I so-called fan expose their private information, the band was really hurt by it.

Kenzie

Please listen to more of sleep token! Dangerous, Damocles, past self!

Nadia Mitchell

You guys are going to LOVE sleep token!!!!

Ashley Z

Yall need to do Kelly’s discography!!!!!!

Leah🩷🖤🤘

Sleep Token is just so different from other bands in general. You gotta do a deep dive into their stuff for sure! Start with their Take Me Back To Eden album🥰

Asskinner

Please please please go down a Sleep Token rabbit hole! Their most recent album Even In Arcadia went #1 here in the US the week it was released. Their music is so great because they do not stick to any genre. You guys are gonna love this band! I’ve been in the hospital and in ICU and I broke my ankle and can’t get around and I need an album review to really lift my spirits. Please and thank you! 😘

Lori W

Need to do older Kelly Clarkson. She is amazing

Erika Scott

CRYING at Kelly Clarkson, unbelievable 😭

kels ✨

Brittney Reed

Cheri Rezek

Kelly Clarkson with Teddy Swims singing his song Lose Control. You're welcome.

Cheri Rezek

Now you MUST listen to the original Doin' Time by Sublime. They were an amazing band. RIP to Bradley Nowell, the lead singer. But they eventually started playing again and now Jakob Nowell (Bradley's son) is the lead singer.

Tiffany Nolt

Kelly Clarkson can out-sing anyone on their own song and thats rare and incredible. She’s master class!

Meg Willson

Taylor (not swift)

You have to watch’s Kelly’s 2018 Billboard music awards performance where she did a medley of all the nominated artist songs. It was so good!

Kathy Gilmore

I NEED MORE SLEEP TOKEN ASAP!!! I listen to almost nothing but Taylor and Sleep Token! I have a playlist on my apple music called Sleepy Swiftie! that is all of their music together and I just shuffle through so I get both! Vessel is an amazing lyricist like Taylor. PLEASE do more Sleep Token!

𝘼𝙨𝙝𝙡𝙚𝙚✌️📚🦄

bahahaha not terry saying “i’m ascending” during the summoning…on the album that’s has a song literally called “ascensionism” 😂😂😂 but this reaction to their musicality REALLLYYYY makes me want to see them react to the wind chimes/piano/violin parts in even in arcadia 😭😭😭😭 like it’s a NEEDDDDD YOU GUYSSSS

Zabrina Ross

Subli.e is the origi al artist, check it out!

Kathy Anne

PLEASE do more Sleep Token! I'd absolutely recommend Emergence or Rain as your next ones - Worship!

Kathy Anne

And yes, II (two) the drummer for Sleep Token is an absolute beastie. He does all the drums and Vessel (the singer) writes ALL the other instrumentation and lyrics/vocals.

Emmy x

I re-watch this sleep token reaction more than I should 🤣 please do an album react for even in Arcadia or take me back to Eden 💋

Unnerving92

A ton of great vocalists get overlooked in the metal scene because of the metal label. There are some metalcore and post hardcore bands that would blow your mind. Few examples of some that I personally like... Dance Gavin Dance, Bad Omens, Too Close to Touch, Slaves and Emarosa (with Jonny Craig), Picturesque, We Came as Romans (with Kyle Pavone), Oceans Ate Alaska, Pierce the Veil, I See Stars, Chiodos, Bilmuri, Dayseeker. I could go forever 🤣

Rachel P.

I am jumping up and down for this sleep token video!!! Cant believe i missed it! They are amazing!!!!

✨Annie✨

Kelly singing with ALL the pain and anguish of her divorce in that song. DAMN! MMMF!!

Nadia Mitchell

How you havent listened to any more sleep token is mind bogling

Audrey Martinez

I know that you all reacted to Sublime in another video… PLEASE listen to the original version of Lana’s Doin’ Time by Sublime

Maegan

Kelly is the GOAT. The best to ever win American Idol

Roberth Garcia

when are you going to react to a full Lana's album, we are rooting for that

Dallas Kline

The drummer for sleep token is one of the best alive

Mandy Bonvillion

MORE SLEEP TOKENNNNNN. None of their songs sound the same. I truly suggest Sugar, Euclid, Fall for Me, Provider, and Caramel to start for a major range of their styles.
