In the Manga and Light Novels, when Alya was in the changing Room, she had something more revealing that a Clerk gave her, showing a good portion of clevage and having most of her Legs bare + a mostly open back, the Anime toned it down quite a lot ^^ This is the link to the Picture from the Manga showing that Outfit which essentially was more of a Tunic than a Dress in itself: https://s11.mbbcdn.com/res/manga/alya-sometimes-hides-her-feelings-in-russian/chapter-25/7ced73b0623e4bbdace6b149aa422ada.jpeg?acc=oOPuQfvi1jsfl4s9VGGkgg&exp=1722196800

Somehow your link doesn't work for me so here is another of the manga: https://mangadex.org/chapter/55c2de93-1ced-481b-bda4-ea6dbbf8c1a9/8 The LN, the official English translation, describes it like this though: It was a miniskirt and camisole that was far skimpier than anything else she had worn. The miniskirt seemed especially short, since Alisa naturally had such long legs, to the point that describing it as below the crotch would be more fitting than above the knees. It was something she would normally never wear under any circumstances, and even if she did, she would never wear it in front of a boy. However, Masachika’s constant praise helped her drown out the faint voice of reason in the back of her head. In fact, she was so excited that she didn’t even realize there were two people on the other side of the curtain now… Rutsohn, Matthew. Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings in Russian, Vol. 1 (English Edition) (S.131-132). Yen Press. Kindle-Version. So while maybe a bit toned down (not as short) the anime actually is more in line what is described there.

thanks then i guess i read something wrong about the Light Novels, i didnt found the Time to start reading them myself for now (currently reading Aphotecary Diaries)

Well I only just started myself so it's not like I have deep insight, might be that the Web Novel was more like the manga and that kind of then got warped into that's how it's in the LN in a game of Telefon. There is naturally also the possibility of the translation having toned things down but that would seem weird for something like this and considering that the anime showed something pretty close to what the English translation describes I would trust it.

That is insane lol! They really toned it down but still have some Fan service scenes XD Alya has been really hilarious!!
