Hey Oluv, I'm a big fan of yours. I was recently searching for your old videos on youtube and it's such a bummer that I couldn't find any of those. What do you recommend between the DT 990 Pro or a Hifiman HE400se to a complete newbie like me?

I don't know how they are called, but they are angled and out of plush.

If you want strict to endgame, get a sennheiser hd600 and qudelix 5k aproximating in 450€~ depending on your region. That's what oluv suggests and I strongly support this. He uses this combination for a long time already. If you are a cheapo like me, get the anker LifeTune instead for 50€. Everything in between and or above, really is a waste of time and resources.

I must confess I haven’t heard either of them. Not a big fan of Beyerdynamic’s sound signature and Hifiman also needs some work.

@Richard Lange Unfortunately I'm in Pakistan and HD 600 is way above my reach. That would be my endgame though surely. DT 990 Pro and HE 400SE are similarly priced below 200 $ in my region. I'm looking for a budget open-back headphone to experience what it's like.
