Like announced before I would like to show you my indoor EQ for the Partybox 720 which I finetuned a little bit since last time and which should give you a more natural listening experience indoors with the 720 because I think the default JBL Signature rather sucks both indoors and outdoors.

Here my EQ like shown in the video:

-8 12 -4 -2 5 6 4

For outdoor use either set the lowest band to 0 or activate bass boost, although even with bass reduced completely the Partybox 720 doesn't play quite clean at highest levels.

250Hz needed a 12db boost??? Thats crazy skewed. I start to think they make it on purpose, to built in a small fault to have a reason to upgrade to the next version (that will have a new "fault" built in on purpose to have a perpetum mobile money mking machine forever 😆

Incredible and fun...thanks for sharing! Just wondering have you tried an alternative approach like using the bass boost2 mode to fill in the upper bass, then use EQ to cut the excessive upper bass? 😁

Thats what I don't like with JBL signature there's always a hole in the upper bass. But if you know how to correct it it can sound amazingly fine. I think they're doing that on purpose to impasize the lower frequency to the rest but actually compromised the upper bass and not sounding natural at all. It's good move for them to offer a custom EQ now, specially their Pro speaker has Parametric EQ and for some have skills they can really surgically fine tune these speakers.

The lightshow is really nice on this one 👍
