Marshall Bromley 750 - battery issues in the cold (Patreon)

I have kept the Bromley 750 and the Partybox 720 inside my car during night tp be able to shoot the next outdoor video as soon as the weather would allow it which is not a good idea in case of the Marshall.

While the Partybox 720 has no issues with being kept in the cold and plays just normally, the Bromley 750 won't work properly. This already happened to me twice just like this time when I wanted to play it against the Teufel Rockster Neo. The Marshall will only play for some minutes and then shut down with the battery being fully discharged although it was fully charged the day before. Just wanted to show this, because together with the problem that half of the drivers suddenly cut out at maximum volume which I could reproduce several times with that particular track, this speaker becomes quite unreliable for outdoor party purposes.

Is the Teufel rockster neo the new “musthave” party speaker? Does it sound full inside at low volumes? I am thinking between partybox 720 and the Neo but the Neo looks much better and more portable.

I think it lacks some definition for indoor use but with the app you can adjust the sound a bit. My biggest point of criticism is the strong directivity

I am not sure I just remember that the big Rockster distorted as crazy at high levels and the battery life was ridiculous I think it managed around 15 minutes at maximum

I most of the time use my uboom x. I also want to buy a speaker that I can use for low volume indoor but also use for a party in my garden. What would you think is better? I hoped the teufel because that looks way better in my house than that 720 but the jbl i can get with 20% discount. Here in The Netherlands means 640 euro. And teufel cost me 700.

The Partybox 720 sounds definitely nicer and it’s „stereo“ but for me it would be too big and heavy and the distortion is quite disappointing. Maybe the Teufel Motiv XL could be interesting as something inbetween. It should sound decent indoors and should also have some power outdoors. After the Rockster Neo I would like to test the Motiv XL.

they already made improved version of it years ago, instead of 8hours-20, and they rate it to be 7db louder than the older one

same battery capacity however the new battery is lithium, the old one was AGM lead, with lithium you can use 100% of the battery capacity, with AGM this is not possible.
