New sEARius samples have some serious problems (Patreon)

Unfortunately, there are unexpected issues with the new samples I got, which I would like to demonstrate with this video.

Now the factory tries to find excuses and blame my settings. In measurements the difference is hardly noticeable let alone with the raw response measured which has no bass at all, but the truth is that the passive radiators used in the new units have different properties with a resonance 10Hz higher than my initial samples. By adding some weight, I can lower their resonance and the result improves a lot, but I assume the main problem is the suspension which is simply too thick now and cannot move that much.

I am still negotiating with them how to fix this, but they do not see any real problem because only my settings seem to cause these issues, but as usual my settings are always at the limit of what the hardware is able to achieve, just like it was the case for the Uboom X. If some acoustic parameter is changed even slightly, my entire tuning simply won't work.

I suggested them to offer me several pairs of extra passive radiator units with exactly the same specs like in my initial samples; I can probably swap those manually and at least the new samples won't be for disposal.

But if they insist trying to blame my settings are causing the problems, it just doesn't make sense to continue with all this, and I'll stop wasting my time let alone all the money I paid so far.

This of course would be a pity as my original samples sound pretty amazing and much better than what is available on the market.
