floch didnt like eren before tho, he survived in the shiganshina battle when erwin charge to the beast titan and he find erwin who is almost died, he argue with eren about if they should save armin and erwin because he think erwin is the devil who can save them, and now eren is the devil so he like him. i guess u forget about the part cause he change a hairstyle

Completely incorrect memory of Floch XD Rewatch lol. The interaction with Erwin's death, the time after they returned from the battle at the end of season 3, his words during the raid on Marley, etc. Great reaction. Glad to see you three are enjoying it. The differences of opinion make discussions much better :)

the relationship between Annie and her father was done well I think. Obviously, violence is bad, and he used her the whole time to get him a better life. After all those years tho, obviously a bond would have formed. Seb's right in the sense that, he still was her dad, and someone beating their child is 100% wrong; but in the context of the show, he did what he thought was best, and she got her lick back. But by the end, they obviously had formed a weird bond of father and daughter, student and teacher. They're all the other person has, and got attached. They're not the model familial relationship, but they're all they have now. BUT, that doesn't make him a good dad. If he was just her trainer, then it would be easier to accept, but as her father, it's complicated.

floch was the only one who survived erwin's last charge, if u guys remember. he's the one who brought erwin on his back, back to shiganshina and wanted erwin to survive over armin.

Yeah and he is the one who said that you need a devil to lead you. He was a coward, a regular man who though he could be a hero. He represents normal people. He's necessary and a really great character when you truly look at him

If you don't appreciate floch by the end of the show you weren't paying attention. Probably one of the most underrated characters in the show

Thats exactly it. I like him as a character - he's necessary and represents an important group of people in the show. I don't support him morally. Sort of like Ramsay Bolton in GoT. Hated that guy, but he was such a good character.

Floch is exactly the type of guy you want leading a war but not the type of guy you want in charge after the war is over

I think you guys are completely forgetting Floch as the only survivor of the suicide charge against the Beast Titan. He did NOT like Eren at that time at all and they butt heads a couple of times. Floch was a complete wimp up until the Beast Titan charge and AFTER he survived it radically changed him.
