It’s been 84 years…. Lol seriously though I’m glad we got a Squid Game reaction but it’s so long between episodes. I understand that y’all aren’t content machines but you really should consider not doing so many shows at one time in the future. At least get to a place where you can post one reaction a week of a show you’ve started. It feels like Squid Game especially gets pushed to the side.

I think many people feel that way actually. I kinda hate that scene because the son clearly gets dragged away and he has no chance to save both him and his mom in that situation yet the show paints it like he abandoned her. It was confusing

yall are spot on with noticing that the players would need to stay in the rooms for a bit while the guards cleaned up the arena. In 6 legged pentathlon, its estimated that it the entire game took 7 hours given the 5 minute rounds, number of groups and how long it takes to clean up each time

Seb is wrong a lot I've noticed lmfao. About the guns, they are replicas and props. NO they are not real firearms that have been modified. Real firearms are completely illegal in South Korea, no matter what. Even "modified" means they are still real and were real initially, gun ownership is completely banned. Not even cops of military personnel get to keep firearms. They only use them while on duty.

It’s always funny hearing people talk about their morals and stuff and oh he did this wrong thing I would have done this, etc etc. You don’t know WhaT you would do at All in a situation like that. We have no perspective until we are in it, people’s morals and ethics change when it’s survival mode- doesn’t matter if it’s ur mom, best friend, etc etc. it’s really easy to say what we would do ofc but it’s not like that irl.

I love watching the discussions about the morals of the show and “what would I do?” in each circumstance. Sometimes I think Seb takes the opposite stance for the sake of it 🤣 like push vs snap. But still so entertaining to watch. Love this series. Knowing what happens, you guys are in for such a ride as the show continues.

The son is not strong enough to bash two guys when he's pulled away forcefully in that critical moment. My instinct would also be to save my mom and survive together, but I can't help if I am being pulled away by people stronger than me. If you think carefully keeping everything aside, the other guys were also pulling him for Their Life, makes them even more stronger. Seb, you are strong, but the son was not. Also, brain takes time to process when in these critical situations. Before that, they were fully stressed, finding partners for them and had few second left, no thought that this could happen to them, that someone will come and pull him away. Then this happened, first it takes time to process what is happening. Then human brain starts thinking the potential future results. The son was probably thinking "What will happen to my mom? How am i gonna live without her?" These kind of things. I know this because I had two near-death experiences, and believe me, your brain literally stops working at the time. Same with the mom, the mom also was standing there, not moving because she was also processing what is happening, and what will happen after that. This is what actually happened there. The son did a big big mistake by pressing O before, but he is a good person from heart and I can see that. When your brain is not braining, your body also stops fighting. He definitely didn't think "Oh I have to survive", because he refused others' offers before this for his mom. Again. sitting in the comforts, we cannot blame him. We'd only known if we were there.
