Exactly! It's getting too repetitive, almost all of the reaction channels I'm subbed to (which isn't too many but a few) are either watching the glory or just finished. Not to say it isn't good and I'm all for darker genres, I especially like some of the darker options on the list. However it's been back to back darker K-Dramas and I feel we need a more light hearted shift for a little bit. Something like Marry My Husband, Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo etc would be awesome to see, especially since there aren't many reactions for them as well.

The Glory is a very dark and depressing series, I would prefer that to be paired with a more bright series, not alongside My Name. Also, considering how dark TTR especially Seb thought My Name was, I wonder what they'll think of The Glory. Not saying they won't like it, it just can be uncomfortable at times. So I hoped for that to be paired with a happier series

Exactly! It can get a bit too much when watching one after the other, especially with the glory being so heavy with its dark themes from what I've heard and seen of the first few episodes. I'm not watching the My Name reactions at the moment but from a few comments it looks like it's also dark. Hopefully they enjoy it and aren't too put off on K-Dramas.

I agree. I like the glory. But i’m just bored of seeing reactions to it at this point. If it wins, i might have to leave the patreon for a while and then come back when they are finished reacting to it. (Mainly because i have to save money being subbed and not waste it if i’m not watching the content). And it seems like since they take a while reacting to one show only uploading 1 ep per wk. If it wins, it’s gonna take forever for them to finish. Or atleast for us to finally be done with seeing them uploading eps. But i guess we’ll see what happens.

I agree! Their pacing of uploading for shows is incredibly slow, which no hate to them. They're doing what they can with their schedules and that's fine. But with all the other shows they've got going on starting a show like the glory not just about its genre but the amount of episodes it has means it'll probably be months before we get another poll which I'm not too stoked about. Luckily I'm enjoying the demon slayer and AIB reactions at the moment.

Less talking and more action 😂 all that talk poetic talk just for what? If anything, her revenge was a lucky domino effect of life choices and coincidences. When I think of revenge drama, I think of series like Penthouse. Now THAT is how it’s done. For what they did to her, she gave them a slap on the hand. And for those who died, it was almost all coincidences or action perpetrated by other other people. Like I said, for the way she swore to “destroy & scar” them up and down with her “blade” and whatnot, they didn’t do much but just sit back and instigate. I just expected more. And that ending was unsatisfactory in my opinion.

I just hope if they do the glory that they atleast watch another drama that is light simultaneously for balance. I seen another comment where they said a big reaction channel stopped reacting to kdramas all together for that time being because they were being recommended to react to dark dramas over and over again. Not sure if this will be the case for this channel. But it would be nice that we see a different genre than the glory or one to be reacted to with the glory for balance atleast.

Ummm, i’m subbed to them like you are, so there is no need to repeat what i already know what they are reacting to. Not sure why you assumed my suggestion was for them to do while still reacting to all the current shows being reacted to. My suggestion is for after all the non-animated shows are finished, not to add before they are all finished. Also, i only been watching their AIB reactions. Everything else i don’t watch because i’m just not interested in them. So there is a possibility that once that show is done, and only the glory gets reacted to, i’ll just unsub and come back when they are finished. Because i don’t want to be subbed if i’m not watching or interested in the content they are reacting to.

The point of announcing it is informative to TTR on figuring out why people are unsubbing (if it happens). It’s pretty clear that out of over 2,000 votes, barely of fraction of those who voted for the glory wants to see a reaction to it. If everyone who did not vote for the glory just suddenly unsub, they’re gonna ask why to gauge satisfaction of the viewers. Because that’s alot of viewers leaving if all who didn’t vote for the glory decides to unsub for the duration of the reaction to that show. So yeah, to y’all people announcing they are unsubbing is cringe. But to TTR it would be more informative.
