Not sure you can handle Kdrama romance :-) But prove me wrong, please! Crash Landing on You Lovely Runner (Fantasy-ish, you have to go with the "I'll Allow It" mentality) Twenty-Five Twenty-One Flower of Evil (more of a psychological thriller but the love is there) Also be prepared for the length of the more traditional Kdramas- 16 episodes is the usual of 60-75 minutes each. It's a commitment.

oh i just realized everyone’s recommending rom coms… in that case along with it’s ok to not be ok id probably recommend Family by Choice, My Demon, and Strong Girl Namsoon. (but idk why i feel like you guys would like Mr plankton)

Just to clear some things up: It wasn’t a random burial spot, she didn’t put her dad’s ashes in some random person’s place 😭 The “next of kin” paper Pildo found was actually a maintenance fee receipt for a memorial park. Jiwoo’s dad was listed as next of kin, and since he was undercover, changed his name, and then died, the captain likely paid the fees. The receipt being made out to the captain explains why his name was on it and why it was found at his place, it doesn’t mean they were brothers. That receipt is also how Pildo knew (or at least guessed) which cemetery to check. It gave him a concrete location to start from. Then when Pildo later noticed that the ashes were gone from Jiwoo’s apartment, it pushed him to start connecting those details. He doesn’t have every piece of the puzzle, but you can tell he’s trying to put things together not just accidentally stumbling onto the truth.

A romcom would be great but i don't think they should start with something too cheesy, it would be too big of a change compared to what they've seen. Maybe "It’s Okay to Not Be Okay", "Alchemy of Souls", "Snowdrop" or " Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok-Joo"

"The Glory" is a really good one that's similar vibes to what you guys have already seen (revenge story on school bullies, very well written, has you looking for the details). "It's Okay to Not Be Okay" is a good romance k-drama (about mental health, centers around a psychiatric hospital & its patients, really gets you in the feels). One that not many people mention is "Vagabond", which is an underrated, purely action k-drama that you guys will absolutely love (about solving a mystery surrounding a terrorist attack, superior action scenes, more political focused). Another underrated one is "The K2", which is a perfect blend between romance and action :) (about the revenge story of an ex-mercenary who works with a presidential candidate, also political). OH and "Nevertheless" is an amazing purely romance drama (college situationship romance, very realistic, light-hearted and feel good vibes). Han So-hee, the same actress as My Name, is the female lead with a totallyyy different vibe.

Here are the best romcoms for you to start with: 1. «Twinkling Watermelon» 🍉🎸: a wonderful and pleasant kdrama with actors from the drama «Weak Hero». 2. «Crash Landing on You» 🪂❤️: a kdrama in which every episode is interesting, with an unreal love story and a 10/10 plot. 3. «Descendants of the Sun» ☀️🪖❤️‍🩹 : a 2016 drama that is simply the Roman Empire for all drama lovers, it is impossible to forget and is a must-see for drama connoisseurs. P.s This list could go on and on, but I have selected some of the best.

If you want similar k-dramas (in terms of genre, intensity and experience) you MUST check out TAXI DRIVER (2021) or VOICE (2017) -I’d stick to the first season only-. Both titles would definitely keep you equally engaged and entertain, if not more.

for love stories you guys should definitely watch Goblin and Legend of the Blue Sea, they were the first kdramas that I have watched and converted me lol. It's really good!
