Another one of my favorite episodes, again showcasing Mulder's care for Scully being much deeper than his care for his x files work. I love how Melissa, Scully's sister, is able to see the intense bond between them and encourages Mulder to hold onto it despite Scully's failing health and his want for revenge. Love seeing the moments between them after Scully wakes up, where they're joking with each other almost like no time has passed. This episode just showcases both Scully and Mulder's care for one another so well. As well as the Scully families care for Dana herself. A lot of familial love and friendship (plus a little more if you're a shipper like me) in this episode! And the visuals of Scully on that boat tied to a dock are so good! It's almost like Skinner's out of body experience in a way. Love Skinner as well! He's always been the dad of the group to me, and it all starts here with him giving Mulder a much needed pep talk, done in a very dad telling war stories way. Such a good episode for every character, and I love Mulder's deadpan sarcastic humor every time xD
