Kali is right. The military will NEVER stop hunting El. Kali has been through major trauma. Not only with Papa, but seeing her friends killed, and also with Dr. Kay. In fact her time with Dr. Kay was arguably worse than with Papa. At least Papa let them play and learn. I just don't like the idea of Hopper losing another daughter and hope there's a way to keep El safe (maybe losing her powers?) while also destroying Dr. Kay and her lab, as well as Vecna.
