Hoshi is 5’10 actually i wouldnt call him short 😂 but when koreans call someone tall, its usually when they’re over 6’ So he was 5’10 and 60kg during this show. About your question he said “ ‘hot’ssi “. He added a korean syllable to an english word thats why it sounds like that. Thats why he drank. Korean is a language where you add syllables to the words. For example when they say ‘use casual language’ they mean stop using honorofics. Honorofics are syllables they add to the words when someone is talking to some other person who’re older than them or debuted before them (meaning seniors or sunbaenims). So its not an english word like ‘sir’, its more on the language itself. Also there are multiple levels to this respectful speaking. Calling someone ‘hyung’ means you’re close to this older person but if the other person is not close to you, you cant call them hyung. You add ‘nim’ syllable to their name. And saying hyungnim would be the level in between. Anyway its a bit complicated. At 25:20 it said ‘drinking game over’ thats why they stopped drinking when hoshi started introducing the album Plus i want to correct a translation error. Hoshi did not call himself greedy. That word means ‘ambitious’. Its not as negative as a word greedy. So in korean its softer, it means he still has goals to achieve and he is still ambitious about this. He said 야심 which literally means ambition and if you add the syllable hoshi said, it means ‘being ambitious’ At 20:25 she did not say any english word. She drank because she rejected hoshi’s duet song offers so she feels guilty she was like ‘just let me drink as a punishment im sorry’ in a comedic way. You’re right about not hearing the english word she said because she didnt

Youngji is actually really close with the SEVENTEEN members. She’s basically been adopted by them, especially BSS. She even has a collab song with them and has performed with them multiple times.

Funny little story time: apparently after this, Hoshi went to dance practice wasted, and the members filmed him trying to dance while he was drunk.😭😂
