Ciao amici come state?

La mia vacanza in Corsica è iniziata ma ho fatto tappa in Francia per incontrare degli amici e, lungo il percorso, mi sono fermata anche ad Avignone: città papale con un Grande ed imponente Palazzo dei Papi che insieme al Pont d'Avignon o a quello che ne rimane con i 4 archi sono Patrimonio Mondiale Unesco.

Hi friends, how are you?

My vacation in Corsica has begun, but I made a stop in France to meet up with some friends. Along the way, I also stopped in Avignon—a papal city featuring a grand, imposing Palace of the Popes which, together with the Pont d'Avignon (or rather, the four arches that remain of it), is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Here are a few photos to share my journey—my arrival, a walk around town, the hotel, and even some shopping—while you wait for the video I’ll be posting for GRANDE CUCULO tomorrow.
