Comments

Brandon Hay

The dominant version of "Santa Baby" here in the UK is the Kylie Minogue cover, and it'll be a cold day in hell before I pick "Baby It's Cold Outside" over Kylie Minogue

Madeleine Capper

Santa Baby is kinda just gross and isn't the SA anthem that Baby its Cold Outside is 🤷‍♀️

Rebecca Whitman

I'm going with Santa Baby, but only because of Eartha Kitt ❤️... And because I once sang it in our winter show in highschool and my nephew and nieces will not let me forget it and constantly ask me to sing it every Xmas

Adam Hicken

If I never hear discourse about Baby It’s Cold Outside again, it’ll be too soon. Y’all are fine, though.

serenityfails

There is only one good version of Santa Baby, but there are several good versions of Baby It's Cold Outside. There are equal numbers of bad versions of both, though the discourse around Baby It's Cold Outside is undeniably more rancid.

Brandon Hay

Now if we were talking about Michael Bublé's "Santa Buddy", that would be a different story, but that's not the version of the song on the poll

Gator McKinley

Santa Baby, on the condition that if it's being sung by a male, he must be bicurious or open to exploring his sexuality. None of this "Santa Buddy" crap, you two are here for one thing and one thing only.

Cordelia Of The Seas

The mangaka of renowned furry manga Beastars, Paru Itagaki, has gone on the record as having a fetish for Santa. Out of solidarity with her, I am voting for Santa Baby.

Charlie L

Am I really voting for 'Baby it's cold outside'? I am coping by reading the wikipedia's section on societal expectations in the 1940s and the fact that the duet gets flipped in the movie it was first used in

Dzee Szed

Is it okay to like Santa Baby ironically? I always heard Santa Baby as a sort of criticism of Christmas. All of these sappy old songs about being with your loved ones around the holidays, and here's a song that says, "This season is about capitalism and you know it, you marks. You are not immune to propaganda."

Nico Niconi

Why Santa? Why is Eartha Kitt asking for the deed to a platinum mine Santa? Why?

Calla the Crick

man I really hate myself for this one, but I hate Santa Baby more. The yoyo-ing discourse around BICO means I'll probably end up in the minority, but man... I don't know, I love a song with a flowing back-and-forth too much, maybe.

Daniel Shaltes

God bless you fine people in the comments who are finding a way to forge an opinion here because I . . . tried. I really did.

Thomas Deja

I must abstain, as I find both the date rape song and the gold digging song reprehensible...but in its place I nominate 'Fairytale of New York,' which is not only a great Christmas song, but a great story song as well.

Kidd Campbell

I'm voting third party for "I saw Mommy kissing Santa Claus"

Cheeseburger_666

Santa Baby - but only the Eartha Kitt version.

Franco del Rosario

One song has a melody and delivery so charming that I can overlook the hashtag-problematic content. The other is a hookless, tuneless, joyless bore with truly horrendous lyrics, and I do not understand why it keeps getting resurrected. WHY.

Deanna Banana

Choosing Santa Baby, solely because some adult thought it was a good idea to give it to my middle school choir one year and I've been fond of it ever since 🤷🏻‍♀️

Charles Arthur

I am not voting against Baby It's Cold Outside for its bad imagery, cuz that's largely a misconception. I am voting for Santa Baby cuz it promotes putting out for Kris Kringle to get good gifts.

Syd B

Baby It’s Cold Outside is better musically and I’ve been convinced that they’re both in on it and it’s all about that plausible deniability for midcentury societal expectations so we can all chill

Andrew Dederer

Santa Baby is in every Holiday Revue put on. To do "Baby it's cold" takes a certain attitude. To do it WELL, you need a pair of good singers. You also need a LOT of nuance, it's a seduction song, but there's a strong feeling that our target WANTS to be talked into staying.

(William) Patrick Hodges

I can’t vote for either. Baby It’s Cold Outside is the worse lyrically, but I’ve heard good versions musically. Santa Baby isn’t quite as bad on paper but I’ve never heard a version that SOUNDED pleasant, it always just grates my nerves. Maybe 2 of my least favorite songs PERIOD, not just Christmas

Alex Georganas

(Kronk voice) Oh right The platinum mine The platinum mine from Santa The platinum mine specifically asked for from Santa Santa’s Platinum Mine

Clockworkcrypt

Oh god, are we going to have Baby It's Cold outside discourse outside of historical context again? That being said I had to vote Santa Baby for the sole reason that you can be an absolute dirty slut to it and get away with it. God bless Eartha Kitt

drd

Baby It's Cold Outside is a fantastic song with all the energy of a suggestive screwball comedy. Santa Baby is just not very good.

Franco del Rosario

That scene in Community where Annie tries to “seduce” Jeff with a sexy infantilizing Christmas song kinda ruined Santa Baby for me, tbh.

Lanth

I absolutely unironically love Santa Baby (any version that's not Mikey). Other songs can prattle on about sleigh bells and family togetherness; this song knows what the season's really about: propping up capitalism through social obligation! I love it (the song, not capitalism). Hell, I think I'd even vote for it over All I Want For Christmas, if it came down to it; unsurprising it's wiping the floor with the current competition.

KBucky

Can I vote third party Annie's Christmas song from Season 3 of Community?

Kyle B

My metric for a good cover of Santa Baby is dependent on the answer to the question "In this version, is the lyric 'Hurry down the chimney tonight' a euphemism or not?" If yes then it's a good version.

Dork Mode

"What's in this drink?" I hate these blurred lines.

Aaron Westaway

I can’t hate ‘Baby, it’s Cold Outside’. At least the discourse means I don’t have to hear it a thousand times on retail radio during the Christmas season. Wanting to screw Santa is weird.

flibbertygigget

If it's a song about Santa buying you a bunch of expensive stuff in exchange for sex, shouldn't it be "Santa Daddy"?

Laura Robinson

The real question is who is Shatner dueting with on on Baby It's Cold Outside?

thesocialmouse

Oh boy. Both are great songs, but Baby It’s Cold Outside is one of my favorite holiday songs and I’ll never forgive that one illiterate take that spawned a fleet of illiterate morons who just kept repeating it.

Nina R

I think Baby it’s Cold Outside is musically the much better song, but when I was a child my grandma gave me a pink cat plushie that had big human lips and a santa hat and it would sing Santa Baby when you pressed it’s paw and we all hated it but couldn’t throw it out without hurting my grandma’s feeling because she thought it was the funniest thing ever, so in conclusion I’m voting for Baby it’s Cold Outside

lukas

A song about a horny woman vs a song about a horny man.

Russet Burbank

If I had to vote, I think I'd take the technicality position that "Baby It's Cold Outside" is NOT a Christmas song.

JazzySpF

William Shatner screaming ala Mr. Tambourine Man at his duet partner to not leave his house because it’s cold outside is all I need to imagine to answer that question

Leo Mintz

i listen to sidney gish's santa buddy cover a lot and otherwise avoid and dislike the other two. but i dislike most "holiday" (christmas season) music bc i am a halloween lover and a lot more eh on christmas so

VirtuaJace

I'm only defaulting to "Baby, It's Cold Outside" because I can never really get over anyone attempting to seduce Santa. Good Sweet Mike, he has a wife at home!

Allan Olley

Santa Baby and it's not even close. Eartha Kitt >> Ricardo Montalban or anyone else who sang Baby, It's Cold Outside. Also what is more in the sleazy Christmas spirit than propositioning Santa?

Allan Olley

Because she's the kind of woman who instead of carpets wants money wall-to-wall?

Nawf4

Oh boy, it's so hard to choose between these two. One "subtly" implies some sexual assault is going to happen. But the other is led by a black woman. If 2024 has taught us anything, the latter needs to lose to the former. If Todd didn't want us making those jokes he wouldn't have given us suck an obvious set up.

Elsa Miesch

I don't care how many Unfortunate Implications there are in Baby It's Cold Outside, I find Santa Baby just so incredibly grating to the ear and will chose to listen to Baby It's Cold Outside over it any time.

Jakob Eyjólfsson

Santa Baby never really made it over here to Sweden, so I’ve never heard it before. Now that I have, I don’t care for it. Also, Ray Charles only did one of these songs, so obviously I’m voting for that one.

Heather

I didn't realise that people don't like Santa Baby. Anyways none of the popular christmas songs are bad, my vote goes to Baby It's Cold Outside.

Rayanroar

As a Welsh person, growing up I only heard the version of "baby it's cold outside" with Tom Jones and Cerys Matthews which means I didn't really pick up on what the lyrics were and only heard a bunch of brass as well as trombones and trumpets

Castleknackers

I'm going for Santa Baby despite Michael Buble covering it as "Santa Buddy". You don't get to erase the horny from it Michael! If someone's going to sing it, I want it to sound like Santa's sack is getting emptied immediately after the song ends.

Vince Whitacre

Santa Baby ONLY works when sung by Eartha Kitt. Any other rendition is trash. Baby It's Cold Outside was written by Frank Loesser, which... ok I dunno if that makes me think more of the song or lesser of Loesser, but it's still true. All the arguments of "but it was a different time!" miss exactly *what* was different (in context of the song) - it is not that people in the 40s didn't know there was rapey subtext: it's that the song's narrators in the 40s would knowingly trade jokes about stuff like that as their fuckin foreplay. It *is* gross: gender relations in the 1940s were fucking gross. I mean, they still are, but it was way worse then. And I totally get why someone wouldn't want to listen to the song, because you'd like to think people wouldn't this that kind of repartee was "sexy" today. But it's a fairly accurate snapshot of the foulness of its time. Which is not to mention... a narrator doesn't have to be likable for a piece to be good. How many great murder ballads are out there? Baby It's Cold Outside is a brilliant piece of writing about how absolutely disgusting men were in 1944; and demonstrated thoroughly, with 80 years of prescience, why women choose the bear. If this was singer vs. singer, I'd take Kitt every time over whatever smarmy douche is trying to pressure a woman into bed. But the songs themselves? You don't have to like the subtext (if you do, you should be in jail) but Baby It's Cold Outside is a tour de force of songwriting.

Clockworkcrypt

There's a lot of turns of phrase, AKA what's in this drink that are read completely differently today than they would have been at the time, there's a lot of skirting around the sexual morals of the time, and the excuses one has to make in order to not be seen as a floozy. There are a good dozen or two articles in the last decade that have come up about it if you're looking for more information.

Sladen377

Write-in vote for the best xmas jam ever, mele kalikimaka . Problem of choosing between problematic songs is now solved!

Emry

Maybe we only keep cold outside around because it's such a fun duet? We should have more fun duets

Sam

Baby its cold outside gets the nostalgia vote bc two of my high school history teachers did a parody duet of it to teach about women's voting rights

Steven Anderson

as long as it's not the buble "no homo" version it's Santa baby.

Marie Isabelle Lunais-Adora

i can't believe you're putting Eartha Kitt, 7th wonder of the world, national icon, queen amongst queens, against the only song even most Fox News boomers agree is a little much

sarah hansell

Eartha Kitt’s version is the only version as far as I’m concerned, but the no homo Buble version is also iconic. Yall better talk about it!

Chad lamasa

A newer singer named Mary Moore just released a cover of Santa Baby that I enjoyed. So I'll go with that one

Thomas Sturges-Allard

I know "It's Cold Outside" is a product of it's time, and with that context is probably not actually problematic, but it still has an ick feel to it.

Robert_boy_genius

How has Santa’s marriage lasted when ertha, Madonna kylie and Ariana have attempted to seduce the man. Whose mrs Claus got? Old Kurt Russell? It’s a miracle the marriage has lasted so long

S Rule

Todd managed to avoid hearing Dominick the Donkey for another year.

Angela

If I wanted an egregiously sexual Christmas song, I'd have gone with Dick in a Box, at least that's funny. Which is why I'm voting specifically for Michael Buble's haliriously miscalculated gender flip "Santa Buddy". Did no one pull that man aside and explain the implications of the song to him? Or is he just completely okay with sexing up Santa for a Rolex and a Corvette? XD

Angela

Khan singing Baby it's Cold Outside is such a weird mental image XD

Michael Murphy

I'm voting for Santa Baby by Rev Run & The Christmas All Stars from the A Very Special Christmas 3 album. And yes, I am aware that it has Puff Daddy on it, but we can just enjoy it for every other contributing artist.

T. Ryder

Fuck it. I'll vote for the rapey song. Nothing matters.

Sarah Bee

Third Party vote for “Baby Please Come Home” by Darlene Love

Marie Isabelle Lunais-Adora

also i don't think that Santa Baby is about "seducing" Santa Claus; she definitely has him wrapped around her finger already. you don't ask for the deed to a platinum mine on the first date.

no

listened to couple of 'baby it's cold outside' versions and the song is just too busy to be enjoyable. one at a time please!

Mr Spaghett

Third party vote for Only Happy When It Rains cause I think Lina needs to be reminded of a good song to get through last minutes of this episode

no

deed... for a platinum mine... girl that's SO problematic. have my vote all the same🤭

Katie Gunn

Eartha Kitt could record a track that was just devastating insults directed at me personally and I would still put it on.

Matthew Abbott

I’m going with “Baby It’s Cold Outside” because it has the better tune and because 75% of people that cover “Santa Baby” completely miss the point.

Fly, Winged Monkey!

If we are going for inappropriate Christmas behaviour: Third party vote for "Please, Daddy, Don't Get Drunk This Christmas." by Alan Jackson.

Subspace Jet Witch

It's no longer cold outside. At this point, it's becoming more realistic to believe in Santa Claus than in a Christmas with snow

Drewmanian

Joined the patreon just to drop this story about my extremely religious upbringing. When I was about 13 years old, near Christmas, my Bible study teacher wrote up all of the classic Christmas songs that weren't religious on the board and asked the class what was the sin that each of these songs was promoting. Santa Baby's sin was materialism, where as Baby it's Cold Outside was implied sex.

Christopher Ladd

Humbug. You will get no Christmas vote from me. As someone who has worked extensively in retail, there is absolutely nothing as dire as holiday music.

Bryan C

This is complicated since you didn't specify which version of each song. Santa baby by Eartha Kitt > Baby It's Cold Outside done in a time when you could say it's a product of its time > most other versions of Santa baby > Baby It's Cold Outside done by people who clearly should have known better > Madonna's version of Santa Baby.

Dan Hogg

Santa Bring My Baby Back To Me. That and only that over these two.

Erik Berg

Third party Let it snow, neither of these deserve my vote.

TJ Guiney

setting aside all the 2013-ass Discourse around Baby, It’s Cold Outside, it’s just an undeniably better song than Santa Baby. and don’t try to “but Eartha Kitt!!” this, her charisma is the only thing that can drag that miserable song into mediocrity. only thing worse is 99% of all Little Drummer Boy versions

Michael Murphy

Since N.W.A. lost last time, I'd also like to nominate Merry Muthafuckin' X-mas by Eazy-E feat. Atban Klann, Buckweat, Menajahtwa, and Will 1 X. I'm just putting it out there.

Sara

The endless discourse around "Baby It's Cold Outside" is exhausting, and it makes listening to any version tough-- old versions, despite knowing the different social context, can feel creepy, and new versions can either feel tone deaf if they play it straight or extremely annoying and pandering if they try to "improve" the lyrics. This is why the superior version of the song is the Glee version (STAY WITH ME), which averts the typical pitfalls of covering it in a modern context by making it gay.  The original subtext of pretending you HAVE to stay over because of the weather when you both know you're gonna have sex simply works better in a modern context when the relationship between the singers is explicitly transgressive. Straight unmarried people having sex just isn't naughty in itself anymore, so when the woman says "no," you're inclined to take her at her word (as you should!). Gay teenagers in Ohio in 2010, however? Of course their intentions have to be masked underneath 76 layers of banter and plausible deniability. Also, Darren Criss and Chris Colfer peaked vocally on that track, and I will not be told otherwise. Fight me in the streets about it. (I have similar feelings about the only good version of "Santa Baby" being the Eartha Kitt version, but I don't think that opinion requires a paragraphs-long justification)

J.D. Laney

I’m voting Santa Baby assuming we’re talking about the Eartha Kitt version. If I find out I inadvertently voted for the Madonna version, I may need to pursue legal action.

Fly, Winged Monkey!

I almost went with "The Seasons Upon Us" by the Dropkick Murphys, as it's a brilliant song. However it didn't immediately convey the message I was going for!!

Kite

the rhyme of this pairing is that baby it's cold outside is a christmas-coded song, while santa baby is a sugar daddy-coded song

Connor Rankin

At least the narrator of Santa Baby seems to be giving her consent or at the very least won’t object to anything… which isn’t great either

Paul Anderson

Anyone reflexively opposing "Baby It's Cold Outside" should watch Miss Piggy and Rudolf Nureyev sing it in a sauna. No rendition of "Santa Baby" is worth preserving over that.

DIPDOP

Does Shatner play both parts if he does Baby it’s Cold Outside? This is an important consideration that needs to be made.

A Good Brent - BlueSky Bitch for Let’s Talk About Snacks Podcast

I remember going to some seminar/con type thing where we had to take two “classes”. One of the ones I chose was the music one and, apparently, there’s Top 10 lists for pop songs the Catholic Church felt were detrimental and helpful to their congregation. That year, “Let’s Talk About Sex” by Salt n Pepa was on top of both.

Beau Dure

Baby It's Cold Outside is redeemed only by the sketch with Casey Wilson that literally acts out the song. But Santa Baby is lame, so I'm voting third party for Wonderful Christmastime because Paul McCartney is one of the few remaining links to what's good about the 60s. So there. Here's the sketch: https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=10154799752843851

Shiny Skunk

Santa Baby all the way but only the Eartha Kitt version. Talk about hot girl shit.

Zety Scouse

Truly two of the worst songs of all time

Lanth

Ok you made a solid argument for the best version of a song being the Glee cover. I didn't really think that was possible but here we are, good job.

Lanth

I've read this comment three times and I'm still not sure which song you think is which.

Birthe_bird

I just want her to go on about wanting to fuck Santa. Also looking forward to all the horrible covers being mentioned.

Rhiannon M

Baby it's Cold Outside vs Santa Baby Trump vs Biden Like, it matches up way too cleanly: A sexual predator actively looking to get his grimy hands onto someone he's deliberately manuevered into a compromising situation with Vs A very racist boomer's fantasy of infantilized feminine sexuality

ben-one-eye

The poll doesn't even mention which versions of these songs we're voting on. Not that it matters, really, but I guess we can just head canon the versions we dislike the least?

StuTheShoe

"Baby It's Cold Outside" has gained an unwarranted reputation from people who either have poor media literacy/reading comprehension skills or are engaging with the lyrics in bad faith. It is a masterful duet and should be appreciated as such.

Gene Younkin

Questions of consent aside, Baby It’s Cold Outside loses this Christmas matchup because it is not, in fact, a Christmas song.

Brian Axness

Madonna's baby voiced version is finger nails on chalkboard levels of awful. Baby It's cold outside by default.

Josie

I feel like the Baby, It’s Cold Outside discourse is extremely 2014 pop-feminism coded but even if it is as bad as some say it’s still getting my vote over wittle pouty voice Santa Baby. I don’t care that you want to fuck Santa, tell it to tumblr or your therapist, not me

Josie

And for everyone complaining that Baby It’s Cold Outside doesn’t mention Christmas: neither does Jingle Bells, or Let it Snow, or You're a Mean One, Mr. Grinch, or Winter Wonderland, or Jingle Bell Rock…I could go on

giascle

Third-party vote for Here Cums Santa Claus

Rich Kee

The best version would combine both concepts into one: it's Christmas Eve... Santa has brought presents to Eartha Kitt's house... Santa keeps trying to leave to finish his rounds, but Eartha isn't letting him go until she gets some better presents (and maybe also some dick)

Fiachra Studios

"Baby It's Cold Outside" gets my vote for sheer passive-aggressiveness, as it was originally written as a way to shoe out party guests who had overstayed their welcome.

Trevor Jones

Baby its cold outside gets my vote. i don't understand how people keep wildly misinterpreting this song. though for the culture i think it should be the one that goes away if it saves us from "Maybe Just Go Outside " the most unromantic song to have ever been made in the name of christmas.

Trevor Jones

Its 2024, and i need to hear William Shatner seducing Santa into being his sugar daddy

Dani Moor

Throwaway vote for baby it’s cold outside because trump will be president next year and nothing matters. Plus it not endorsing date rape. What a stupid notion

James Smith

Those of us who celebrate were raised to be nice for Santa so we’d be rewarded with gifts or punished for being naughty; Santa Baby shows us that Santa is a dom and we are all his sugar baby brats.

VirtuaJace

After much thought and listening to one Elizabeth Rose Bloodflame's cover of the song, I've decided to defect to Santa Baby. No further comment.

Eric J

This is easy. Eartha Kitt.

Allan Olley

Shatner clearly does a duet of Baby It's Cold Outside with Ricardo Montalban because baby it is very cold outside in space.

Gavin Foster

It's just way too many annoying covers of Santa Baby for me to vote for it

Ryan Moore

My mom's favorite Christmas song is Barry Manilow's rendition of "Baby It's Cold Outside," which is less "I'm gonna fuck you" and more "Let's gossip about The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills!"

Cranston Zoot

At least "Santa Baby" is consensual.

Cole Cox

I just like duets

Anastasi

I’m going to recommend everyone listen to Michael Buble’s terrible no homo cover of Santa baby. It’s so funny and awful, I have no idea what he was going for

Theo Gerome

I was really confused the first time that I encountered "Baby It's Cold Outside" discourse, because my main exposure to the song was the Vanessa Williams version my parents always played during Christmas, so I had trouble thinking of it as anything other than "that song where an extremely attractive woman has some back-up singing-schlub who isn't even credited on the CD case totally wrapped around her finger". Anyway, I love that cover, so I'm voting for it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5xMWI3JtNdQ

Theo Gerome

Proposal: a cover of “Santa Buddy” that casually changes one of the final requests to “a bro-job”, but is otherwise identical

Cameron Cook

Some trivia that I almost never see mentioned: "Baby It's Cold Outside" won the Oscar for Best Original Song in 1950. Do with that what you will, People Who Both Hate That Song and Love Complaining About the Oscars.

Steve Harper

I've done Christmas in retail - my worst was one year working the tills by the door where I had the Christmas song from our system, but also the ones from outside in the shopping centre. Two Christmas songs at a time, almost binaurally, for eight hours a day. Never heard them playing either of these though.

spainja

I’m over the whole “Baby it’s Cold Outside is about date rape lol” discourse. That theory should exist on the same level as “Scooby-Doo is about drugs” or “The Wizard of Oz is an allegory for the Gold Standard”—interesting interpretations to get high and bullshit about with your buddies, not foundations for Serious Media Analysis. If you want to interpret the song that way, fine, valid, but it’s not the One True Interpretation. (Except the Dean Martin version. That one is sleazy AF.) That said, I’m voting for BICO because it’s more fun to sing along to. Santa Baby is a one-joke song that get old after the third or fourth time.

Martha Boatright

The only version of the song I like. And I think specifying which version would make the vote easier.

Beau Dure

I'm a little perplexed by the defensiveness about how Baby It's Cold Outside isn't about date rape. Was it *intended* to be about date rape? Surely not. Is it a handy theme song for douchebags who want to ramp up the pressure and maybe slip a touch of the Cosby drink additives to her glass? Probably. I'll once again highly recommend the Casey Wilson - Scott Aukerman Funny Or Die sketch, as well as the Jimmy Fallon - Cecily Strong SNL sketch in which the woman turns the tables in the second verse. It's actually rather sweet.

FunFawn21

I know we all like to dunk on "Santa Buddy" but I would like to highlight the insufferable Colbie Callait version of Santa Baby. The way she says (NOT sings) "I don't mean on the phone!" is my worst Retail Christmas memory.

Angela

Maybe, but it doesn't glide over my memories of being made to do a poorly choreographed line dance to Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer for the school Christmas pageant in Grade 5 *shudder*

Doctor Starky

I initially picked Santa Baby just because of Eartha Kitt and everything surrounding Cold Outside it is so exhausting. But the more I think about it the more I realize Santa Baby is just kind of a boring song.

Doctor Starky

I remember an old Todd tweet that was like "It's obvious that she's being coy and doesn't want to leave but she keeps giving very good reasons to leave and the guy just doesn't seem to care."

Hope Keeley

Two songs that have been murdered by discourse and bad covers.

A.J. The Old Lady

Honestly, I just enjoy Eartha Kitt's entire everything more than Dean Martin. Though, the Ella Fitzgerald version of "Baby It's Cold Outside" is a very different vibe and lovely. Still, "Santa Baby" this time.

David Fisher

Im voting for 'Baby its cold outside'. Purely because of Elf...i swear please dont dig deeper into that

Annette Huang

Say what you will about Santa Baby - at least it's the only song that presented the Pussycat Dolls as an actual singing group.

Mouser

Theory: Eartha Kitt's child sings "I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus", and is not at all mistaken about what's happening.

Birthe_bird

I get this. It's actually the first time I heard this song (not from the US) and it's kinda cute in there

Victor bucaille

BOMBOM BOMBOM "remix of Santa Baby / Bills Bills Bills" BOMBOM BOMBOM

Katty Kit

The only version of Baby It’s Cold Outside that I like is Bing Crosby’s. He sang a minute or so version with another guy and it’s not like I seek it out but I’m much happier to hear a version of the song that’s actually kind of fun. Santa Baby is an annoying song but I’m voting for it since at least the song is just flirting not trying to persuade someone to stay against their will.
