I have yet to find the right emoji for this 🔆 NEON PHASE 🔆 but that'll work for now.

I had another weird color night tonight. BUT FIRST! 5 minutes poses:

And our long pose for the night:

My lefthand sketch was me attempting to line up elements of the drawing so I could transfer it to the watercolor paper a bit easier.

Felt pretty good about the light contrapposto in the sketch! Erased the lines lightly, outlined everything in colored pencil, then started dabbing in some random-ass colors:

I really liked the translucence of the neck shadow, but I felt like it needed to be darker. I gasped when I put down the darker color, but - as always - once I darkened up the other shadows, it looked just fine.

Even Michael went out of his way to compliment ✨dat KNEE✨ so I'm feeling pretty good about that guy!

I just made a little post-it note for next week: maybe only hot pink and analogous colors? Hmmm!! We'll see.

I hope you don't mind this weird little dalliance of mine into neon pink, idk what's gotten into me but it just feels right.
