New Subscription Tier (Patreon)

I've just introduced a $10 subscription tier here and on dA. Going forward each of the $3, 5 and 10 tiers will receive one exclusive story a month, with the higher tiers including access to the stories made available at the lower levels (ie., $5 gets two stories a month, $10 gets three).

And if I get enough supporters at the $10 level I'll do monthly polls to determine what kind of story I'll do that month at that level.
