I hope you all had a great start of the new year! January has already come to an end, I feel like it went by so fast! I want to thank you all for your (continued) support and welcome to all new patrons 🥳 Wow, there are a lot of them! In February we will celebrate passing 2500 patrons and I'll be giving you all a Flotastic brush set.

Now It's time to look back again and check all of this month's tutorial videos (click the titles to go to the tutorial directly)! This month I started with the Learn to Sketch series and the Flo's Fundamentals series. I hope you enjoy these! I will post a new class each month.

Cute Puppy

We started the month with a fun beginner level tutorial. We create this super cute fluffy puppy. I loved seeing all of your cute puppy results.

Learn to Sketch - Lesson 1 - Sketching Essentials

This month I launched the first Learn to Sketch video. I hope you enjoyed it. In the coming months we'll work on different techniques and work our way towards more challenging sketching subjects. In February I'll launch the next lesson, which will be about measuring.

Sparkly Lips

Next up was an intermediate to advanced level tutorial about painting realistic sparkly lips using the Makeup Brush Set. I saw quite some tutorial results and I think you all did an amazing job!

Flo's Fundamentals - Clouds

We ended the month with the first Flo's Fundamentals class. In this first class we discussed clouds, how to look at them and what to think about when painting them. I've added a link to my Pinterest board so you can find lots of practice material. Next month we'll be covering the subject of water!

What's coming in February?

February will be an exciting month! We'll be celebrating that this community has passed 2500 patrons! I will share a Flotastic Brush set with all of you, it'll only be available to patrons and won't be shared anywhere else. I'm still working on finishing it up, I'll be launching it in the second week of February.

Of course you'll also see the second Learn to Sketch and Flo's Fundamentals class in February. I'll also be working on an intermediate to advanced tutorial in which we'll paint an eye and use the makeup brushes again. Finally I'll be working on another beginner level tutorial for you all. I think it'll be a great month! Thank you for being here with me.
