Here's the November Assignment feedback video! Thank you all so much for submitting your work, you all did great!  I went through all the submissions and tried to give tips on how you can improve your work. I hope you'll find it helpful.

I'm sorry to say that this will be the last assignment and feedback session, for now. There is only a small group of patrons participating (less than 1%), so I can't justify the amount of time I put into this. In 2022 I want to focus more on creating tutorials and brush packs that are suitable for all patrons.

Feedback sessions might come back in some way or form in the future though, who knows!

In case your work is missing, I'm so sorry! I have made a special channel on Discord so you can share your work there as well and get more feedback. You can also share any adjustments you might make after seeing the feedback video of course.

November Assignment - Feedback Video

Here's the feedback video for the November assignment!

thank you Flo for your valuable feedback. For me the best thing about assignments was the commitment to stay with one photo resource, to pull through awkward phases of making decisions on my own, evaluating as I went along and the community encouragement. I loved seeing everyone’s styles on the same project and learned so much from your comments.

Oh dang, I'm really sad I never made time to do an assignment video. I always intended to, but kept forgetting.

Virginia Messinetti

Dear Flo I hope that in the future you will do again assignments: I love it a lot. ❤️

Beautiful work everyone! You all did great! Flo, I definitely understand your reasoning for choosing not to continue with these feedback sessions, but I will admit I’m a bit disappointed I didn’t find the time with the Holidays to do this one. Especially knowing now it’s the last one 😔 Maybe in the future you’d consider doing these feedback assignments quarterly or with seasonally inspired images?

Nicole Golden

Bummer. I love these. I’ve done all of the assignments but I rarely finish by the deadline, so I’ve only actually submitted one. But I loved the feedback!

This was an assignment, there is no tutorial video or anything.

I'm so happy you enjoyed it and found it useful. Who knows, perhaps we'll do it again in the future :)

Thank you Virginia, I'm happy you enjoyed them :)

That's a nice idea, I'll be sure to think about it!
