That dodgeball episode almost took me out 😭🤣 The drama, the slow motion, the absolute unhinged intensity over a 1st grade dodgeball gameI love how Anya goes 100% into everything she does. She always throws her whole little heart into it. But I'm starting to pick up a theme with her that also feels so real: no matter how hard she tries, no matter how epic it looks in her imagination, things never go the way she planned 😅 It's hilarious to watch, but also so sweet and probably extremely frustrating for her. Honestly that's pretty much how it feels to be a kid in general. Trying soooo hard, dreaming SO big, but reality always showing up sideways.And poor Loid. Watching him being worked to the bone was hard to see. Mission after mission inside of mission. Identity after identity. He saves the world, then comes home and still has to perform. It made me wonder who is when no one is looking? Who is Twilight beneath all the masks? Does he even know? There's something quietly sad about a man so skilled at becoming everyone except for himself.Yor continues to be one of the most terrifying yet loving women I've ever seen 👀 She feels like danger wrapped in kindness. One moment she could break every bone in your body, the next she'd give you the best life advice you've ever received. It's such a wild combination but it works so well. It makes her even more lovable every episode.The writing in this show is absolutely genius. Together these three are the cutest, most perfectly chaotic family I've ever seen. They're all hiding huge secrets, wearing aliases, and pretending in some way. But deep down, I can't help but feel like maybe this is the first place any of them has gotten to be themselves on the inside. Maybe beneath all the lies, they've stumbled into something real on accident.
