Happy May, everyone!I hope this new month is already treating you amazingly & the force is with you ✨I'm excited to hang out & watch EVERYTHING on this week's watchlist! We're closing our time in three adventures this week (how does it always line up this way lol) with the end of the Baratie Arc in One Piece, the end of Demon Slayer Swordsmith Village Arc, and the end of Jessica Jones Season 1! 💜 Jessica Jones | Season 1 Finale Episodes 11-13🖌️ Witch Hat Atelier (I'm loving it!) | Episodes 3+4🔥 Demon Slayer | Season 3 Final Episodes 9-11🕵🏻 Spy x Family | Season 1 Episodes 17-20🏴‍☠️ One Piece | Baratie Arc Finale Episodes 27-30🍿 The Departed | Movie Poll Winner!📌 UPDATE on Unedited Format Videos:I wanted to let you all know why the unedited formats took a little break! I'm currently deep in editing videos for YouTube since my current editors are taking more breaks here and there and aren't able to handle the workload. I'm actively looking for another anime editor to help take some of that weight off, but I haven't found one I love yet! I am in touch with one currently that may be able to start helping out, but we'll see how it goes this week. After I get that situated, I'll be back to re-uploading older videos to the new unedited format (where you don't need your own copy to sync). That's what's been holding things up, but I'll get back to it soon as I can!Sending you all the coziest vibes this week 🩷 Thank you for being here!

Love the Departed! I know you’re taking a break for a bit but can’t wait to see you get back into X-Men movies. Some get a lot of hate but make your own opinion! You never know what you might like!

Howie

May the 4th be with you, Kali! Woohoo! Finishing up the Demon slayer arc and Jessica Jones... can't wait!

Ace Gage

Any chance we see Battlestar Galactica soon or will this be a while yet before return?

Kaitlyn

Can’t wait for you to finish up S3 of Demon slayer and S1 of Jessica jones

TChang23

Would love to see violet evergarden or your lie in April take demon slayers spot once the spot opens up! And can’t wait for more spy family I always walk away feeling happier after those episodes

Chuckles1004

May the 4th be with you, Always. Looking forward to this week and then wishing you a Very Happy Mother's Day on Sunday. The plan was to send a gift for your 100k and Mother's Day but idk we'll see. Bless you Kali. Thank you! My favorite Scorsese, Leo team up. Enjoy!!

Howie

She mentioned in a Q&A video that due to copyright issues she won’t be reacting to BSG anymore

Ace Gage

She said she was taking a break.

Robert da Spruce

May the Fourth be with you! I’m so behind on your reactions 😭 Hopefully, I can a chance to catch up during the week

ButtercupsTrueLove

I (and collectively, We) appreciate your keeping us updated!

M1 Maz

BSG is on indefinite pause since she's not able to upload them to YT. And her Patreon schedule is packed as it is right now. She does plan to finish out season 4 eventually, but no promises on when

Bill Bryant

Good movie choice. You had a great list to choose from this time, wish you had time to watch them all.

Ace Gage

Thanks, trying to get an idea of the timeline which is why I asked.

Richard

Fun schedule Kali, and please stop beating yourself up about editors and keeping up with things. Also sorry I’m not as present as I used to be, please don’t hate me 🥺 but I have a lot of irl stuff going on. I’m still trying to support you as much as I can though! 🥳🌹

Looking forward to the little X-Men break for The Departed - such a fantastic movie. It does remind me that there are so many movies that were on your radar that have seemingly gotten stuck behind the big franchise stuff - which sucks because the big franchise stuff is good too and there are others you totally need to check out - and the one-movie-a-week pace now. So far, none of the anime has grabbed me yet but that's a me thing and not a boo anime thing. I just need to wait for a show to surprise grab me or for something more my style to come along, though that might be awhile admittedly. Regardless, it's nice to see you've been enjoying your time with anime so far.

Happy May Kali..... Fabulous line up, not that I'm surprised anymore as every week is always jam packed with goodies. I had a premonition that The Departed would win the poll, and it's a worthy winner. It's such a good film with one of the most stellar casts you'll ever see, an exceptional Leo and Scorsese combo.... Hopefully, The Aviator will be the next one you watch that they paired up to make.... Finally, as I'd like to be a little different, instead of saying May The 4th Be With You.... I'm gonna put on my Starfleet uniform and say Live Long And Prosper.... Thanks Kali, enjoy your day..

Little Miss, can't wait until later in the month, so tired of cloudy days and cold mornings. Thinking of you helps, but we need real weather warmups. -J 🌼🌼🌼💙

James Park

Im sad that Stargate just missed out hopefully you can add it to the watch list soon and I cant wait for the rest of firefly unedited, happy star wars day Kali may the 4th be with you

Irrelevance - Bjorn Vanbelleghem

May the Force be with you, Kali. Epic lineup this week. I’ll be watching it all, mayhaps at my own pace though. Demon Slayer trumps all.

Andrew Thompson

Oh Kali, I can't wait to see you watch the Departed!! It's wicked good!

Sky Quest Music Official

My god is it seriously May already?? Time freaking flies then older we get I swear 😭😭 Looking forward to this week!!!!!

DorkRunner

Happy May! I'm looking forward to seeing more Witch Hat Atelier, too!

Hans Engelen

Yeah nothing Star Wars themed ... Awwww.

Al Paka

The poll was really difficult because all the films are good. I hope the others will still be watched sometime. :D

Killua X

I hope the Departed is unedited pls pls pls

M1 Maz

It will be, don't worry :) What she was talking about in her post here was referring to the conversion of her older reactions to the unedited format! The new uploads will continue to have both the unedited and sync-along versions

Giancarlo Gasparin

Hey Kali! Really sorry to hear about the negative feedback you've been getting on your watchlists regarding the move to more anime. If you find yourself discouraged, remember that the people who matter don't mind, and the people who mind don't matter. You're doing great. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

Tom

Thank you for watching Witch Hat Atelier because I only started watching for your reactions. I am now caught up and it's so damn good haha

kaliwali

Ahh that's awesome! I'm looooving it, too!

kaliwali

for sure! I plan to watch ALL of those this year!

kaliwali

I'm going to Disney in June and I'm SO excited! My daughter just started watching the Star Wars movies and loves them so now we're very ready for our trip & the SW section!

kaliwali

No need to apologize for a crazy IRL! I totally get it lol. I hope you're doing well!

kaliwali

It's okay! I know I'm putting out A TON lately 😹
