For that Star Trek episode, what if they just didn't think that way? Their minds could only think in references? I feel like that sometimes, lol...

I am hyped for that hammer! Also how everything is new/exciting for Ted. Hearing him liking the Ancient Spirit boss and the physics of one-handing a giant hammer are genuinely enjoyable 😂

Ted's fade in/outs with the crab music is 10/10. A+.

The Betazoid and the handful of other psionicaly capable races probably viewed having to speak with their flesh mouths with its limited capacity to describe things rather than just communicate a concept directly with the mind as being similarly frustrating to the vocabulary being limited by existing reference like the Tamarians.

I just want to thank you for all the wonderful content <3 I've been moving, and watched the Elden Ring series a couple of times so far, and it's such a blast. I think the three of you have great chemistry.

So I seem to remember someone promising Ted that Someone would look for an aristocrat's hat once every 4 episodes. I'm just saying, we're well due an aristocrat hunting, you know?

the horizon games are terrible AAA schlock that are even worse in lets play format and so I thank Ted every day for recommending that the bros play it.

Yo can we get that massage video on Patreon? 👀😂

Was that not worthy of the Baconator?

Fun trivia! There's a lot of in game evidence that supports the fact that Torrent is a young Ancestral Spirit (the boss in this episode). One is he is summoned from the spirit world when you want to ride him. Another is Torrents double jump is the same as the Ancestral Spirits. And later on in the game there is an item you pick up called Ancestral Infants Head. It's a skull that matches the same shape and size as Torrents head. Also! Alex called the boss a spectral, and Torrents nickname is spectral steed 😁

As someone who can get very angry at games, PVP games only get on my nerves when I hit a losing streak and the answer is always simple. Just need a break. All of my frustrations usually come out of a loss of player agency or losing control of the the player character. I'm more likely to be angry at a single player game then a competitive one. This is very silly, but, it's why I stopped playing Genshin Impact. I legit enjoy the combat in that game but every time you talk to a npc or wander into a cutscene on accident, you get trapped in these 5-10 minute long boring conversations and there's no way to skip forward. That is a million times worse then losing a online multiplayer match to me. BTW Ancestral Spirit is one of my favorite bosses. All the big arena boss fights underground are really cool. I love all the cosmic dread stuff in this game when you're underground. I think it's a very neat idea that the underground seems like a city caught in eternal night. It's visually spectacular.

For me it's definitely a, oh I grew up as a precious gifted kid and am soooo good at everything.. and when I encounter something I'm *not* good at, I handle it emotionally so poorly. Singleplayer or multiplayer, if I feel like I'm horrible at a game I do not have any fun, it's hard to get my brain to chill out and not expect perfection of myself.
