March Bonus Release: Double Sided Elemental HueForge Standees (Patreon)

Surprise bonus drop for March!

We love 3d printing miniatures... but we HATE painting them! That's why we're thinking about designing a new line of 3d printable standees that come off the build plate fully coloured and can be assembled easily with no glue! To test this concept out we designed this set of elemental standees and we absolutely love how they turned out!

We're definitely interested in hearing your feedback on these if they're something the community would be interested in more of in the future :) We also need a good name for them so any helpful comments towards that end would be much appreciated!

Each elemental prints in two mirrored halves, plus a 1 inch rounded square base. Pair the correct sides, slot them together, and drop them into the base. That is it! Quick setup, easy storage, and they look great on your battle map even when paired with traditional minis.

What is included

You receive:

Four sets of double sided elemental standees (two halves per standee)

Matching 1 inch rounded square bases for each standee (Medium-sized creatures)

HueForge ready project setup and print notes

Files for this month are provided to active Drake and Ancient Dragon patrons through Google Drive during the release month. Once the models are available on MyMiniFactory, you will receive a reward link so you can add them to your MyMiniFactory library.

Assembly

Print the two halves for your chosen elemental along side a 1-inch base.

Match the correct left and right sides.

Insert the paired sides into the 1 inch rounded base.

Printing notes

These are designed for FDM HueForge style printing.

General recommendations

Printer type: FDM

Nozzle size: 0.4 mm

Infill: 100 percent on the standee halves for best colour consistency

Use the included HueForge project settings and swap schedule in the provided "describe.txt" file for each standee

Multi material vs manual swaps

Prints work with an AMS or similar system

They also work on a single extruder printer using pause swaps at the specified layers

The bases are simple single colour prints and can be printed in any material you like (or printed along with your elemental to give it a matching banded base.

Tier access and usage

Drake tier: Receives these elemental standees as a bonus release for March for personal use.

Ancient Dragon tier: Receives the same files plus the right to sell physical prints under the merchant license terms in our Patreon introduction post.

STL resale or sharing is not permitted. Credit to Curations By Kira is required when selling physical prints, and merchants must have an active Ancient Dragon subscription.
