I was going to post this straight away, but then I saw IRONMOUSE just dropped a cover of 'How It's Done' from K-POP Demon Hunters so...that's going up first! This will probably go up tomorrow on YT.

That whole first song gives me Nirvana vibes. Except like 200% more enunciation. lol Also I agree, Adam Sandler is good at this type of emotional comedy. Adam Sandlers Eight Crazy Nights hits me every time. That's a musical too actually. weird.

I think the change in Bryce's style is totally in character for Stolas's mindset here. All of his prior songs up to this point (with the exception of You'll Be OK) were all sung very dramatically and in solitude because his homelife was very isolated. His wife was an abusive witch that would belittle and dismiss his emotions to his face "It's annoying to hear you screeching your silly woes all the time!", he'd been trained since childhood that aristocracy was not to express emotions, "Calm yourself, young prince. You know excitement is unbecoming for a Goetia", and his daughter is the stereotypical angsty moody teenager with her ear buds in that doesn't want to interact with her parents, especially with the divorce. Now he comes to this party and is dragged on stage and told to share "C'mon baby, we ALL know how you feel". This gives him some measure of support he's NEVER been given before, hell he's got BACKUP SINGERS, and Stolas can finally express himself to others and not be put down or dismissed so he feels safe to open up and let loose... (the large quantities of alcohol may have greased the wheels a bit too now that I think about it)

All 2 U is one of my favourite song in the show for sure, so 90s vibes I love it. Are you planning to do an analysis of the behind the scene version of When I see him? I love that song so much and I'd love to hear what do you think in a deeper lever

I was so excited to get to All 2 U cause its my favorite song in the show, with perhaps only House of Asmodus, and a song near the end of s2 coming close. I really like how much they mix up Stolas's normal vocal style for this, and I honestly hope they do it again. I also, agree that I really like how All 2 U starts with Stolas normal more theatrical voice and as the song goes on he gets more lost in his emotions and his voice shifts into that more classic rock style by the end. Its interesting vocally but also a great way to showcase Stolas's emotional state throughout the song.

Thank you for the analysis and for the early access! Love it <3

Always enjoyable to listen to you discuss music! Don't be afraid to do it in the show reactions either!

Hey Tim, Hazbin Hotel did a Broadway performance with 9 of the voice cast at the majestic theatre, it will be up on amazon at some point. Would love to see you check it out once you're finished with season 1.
