So, I was in the K-POP chat and there was a request for TXT, and spontaneously I jumped on it and did a quick reaction. So cool! Bennett, thanks for that, looking forward to learning their origin story. So, they are not ACTUALLY BTS's younger brothers haha!

I had to stop short because I had to run my wife to the train too, but I'm thinking we will be checking them out more.

TXT is pronounced "Tomorrow BY Together", but when shortened to TXT the letters are pronounced as they are. Beomgyu is pronounced BOHM-gyoo (soft G, not a J sound). I sent the original music video because TXT is popular enough that they always have lyrics on theirs, but I'm glad that you looked them up. The significance of the events in the music video is...up for debate. This is toward the start of the group's "lore" which is a WILD thing to get into, and I don't even understand it all. Their next title track's video ("Can't You See Me?") is a direct sequel to this video, though (and I think that song would shock you with how different it is from this one. But that's TXT -- masters of all genres).

I could only get halfway through the song before I had to stop. I don’t know what exactly it is but there’s something in the music production of several TXT songs that just instantly gives me a headache. Two songs I do enjoy are Deja Vu and Loser=Lover

Being from a certain generation (bit of nostalgia), I’ve always love their songs. Plus, their producer Slow Rabbit was with BTS forever. Not as much lately as his focus has been TXT.

Interesting, I wonder if it’s too compressed for you, the track I mean. If they have the compressor turned up too much in the studio mix that can cause that.

Probably why I’m not the biggest fan of music that heavily features electronic sounds. Some are ok, but an entire song full of it is not my preference

(Sandman here) Thanks for being so fast in my request! I often see many of their songs like this deal with sadness, pain or things typically avoided by Kpop groups in general. While theyre upbeat tempo doesnt give that vibe, their lyrics and actions in the video do. Another point is like BTS, TXT members are given a large amount of control in their music development so it often relates to their own personal experiences. You can often read up on background on how they connect personally to some songs
