I get so excited when I see you posted a new helluva boss reaction!! I can't wait for you to get to Hazbin Hotel. Really enjoying all your content!

Apollo Rising

Millie is indeed the best! I love the insight we get into Blitz in this episode, I didn't really realize until this one just how much of a trailblazer he is and how unusual it is for imps to rise above their station. Really gave me a new appreciation for him. Fun fact, the singer of the ending song is the same voice actress as Charlie (protagonist and princess of Hell) from Hazbin Hotel. I think she had fun with it. xD REALLY looking forward to these last 2, they might be my favorites of the entire series so far. Some great songs and emotional moments ahead!

Special K

It has been so much fun watching you get into this series!! I'd recommend trying to pick out some of the new or single episode characters voice actors. Rolando (the hotel host/ possessor demon) is voiced by John Waters! There are two more episodes in this season and they are both musically heavy.

Ian

A couple voice acting notes: Bethany Ghostfucker is voiced by Erika Henningsen (one of the leads in Hazbin Hotel) and the fish demon, Rolando, was voiced by filmmaker John Waters. So if you liked "I Want to Fuck a Ghost", you'll get to hear more of her singing later :D

I have such a soft spot in my heart for this episode. Blitz is my favourite character in the hellaverse and a lot of people after Full Moon and Apology Tour were mad at him, but in this episode we can see in plain sights how broken he really is and how his trauma eats him from the inside. And also we can see how strong and unique he is among imps. I love how Millie can be there for him and help him understand that he is not the disgrace he think he is, but how he made the lives of others better. Moxxie was at his lowest when Blitz met him, and Loona was alone and now she has a family, and Millie was hopeless and didn't know her value before Blitz. He helped them and Stolas but he cannot see that himself because he hates himself too much. I love this episode ❤️ and everytime you release a new reaction I'm so happy!

Hooray!!

I was just about to ask for another of your summoning circles!🤣🤣

•Brandon Rogers, the voice actor for Blitz, actually had a hand in writing this episode! •The 3rd Polaroid of murdered guests was IMP's client. •you can see in this episode that the red skull(?) pendant Blitz always wears (at his neck or as a belt buckle in the flashback) is the only keepsake he has of his mother that burned in the circus fire •Ronaldo is a demon from envy, like the Glam sisters that competed against Fizzaroli in the clown pageant. Envy is the only ring we haven't seen yet, probably because it's just an ocean (think creepy deep sea)

EASTER EGG TIME! - For the coffee cups Millie brings out at the beginning of the episode, Moxxie’s is named “Foxxie”. S1 E6, when Moxxie’s tied up riling up the Dorks, he makes that comment about “[….] and make sure they spell my name correctly on the cup they always put Foxxie or Roxie- I hate that” - The taxidermied owls is burning effigies of Stolas - The delivery guy is Wally Wackford [yet again], who is in… half the series in some form or another. It’s become such a running joke that that’s why he’s like “I haven’t seen you guys in a while, do you wanna hang out-“ And he totally has that Foghorn Leghorn accent in every episode. - The ice cream is even named “Cryers” brand and it’s questionable on whether it’s actually Cheez Whiz or whipped cream because the can’s brand is “Whip Me”. Inconsequential but fun little details to actually make up brands. - Eyes at large are a theme of the souls of the damned, but the eyeball on the customer’s purse could also just be in relation to her being a psychic and it is her “all seeing” abilities. Either explanation seems fun enough, so which ever you want to opt for! - Yes it is Loona - “You can’t drop that F word they hate that” - kinda supports the suggestion Blitz really is only partially illiterate thinking “phantom” starts with an F - When he’s trapped in the hallucination, the first Millie is faceless from their current situation (and then later covered in the black ooze and protruding eyes), the first door that opens is the Millie that could have died from S1E1 when Martha’s husband clocked Millie over the head with the bottle and knocked her out and she got tied up to burn with Blitz, the second one is Millie as she could have died in the fire in Loo Loo Land in S1E2, the third is how she could have died in the warping acidic whatever that mutated the catfish into a monster in S1E3, the fourth is how she could have died to the arrows of the cherubs in S1E4. Basically it’s all sorts of times when Blitz’s shenanigans hypothetically could have gotten her killed. - The whole first time entering the office is JUST before S1E1 - “God damn it Moxxie I just bought those eels!” Suggests that it was pretty dang close after the “welcome to the office” scene. Just an interesting little way how Spindlehorse shows the timeline. - Some of the “movie scenes” are times that we don’t actually see, like we never expressly see the horror of the fire that scars Blitz, maims Fizz and kills Blitz’s mom; we see his dad Cash striking him; Fizz maimed. But then we see Fizz obviously antagonistic leering at him, suggesting the fall out between them before the show timeline stars, Verosika in a similar antagonistic expression, and Moxxie and Millie in a loving embrace (with flickers of Verosika there too). Then we see the scene where in S1E2 that Loona turns her back on him and their argument in front of Tex from HIS perspective as she walks away, we see his sister Barbie from the Unhappy Campers episode glaring at him from his perspective, we see when Stolas reaches for his hand and Blitz flinches away from S1E7 from Blitz’s perspective, scenes from the breakup. All of it suggesting that even those little scenes, like Loona storming away, hurt Blitz WAY MORE than we ever know. - Not an easter egg, but a fun suspicion: “FUCK hotels!” I somehow feel like there will be a cross over at some point with the Hazbin Hotel characters where that comment will come back on him.

Wally Wackford actually shows up in every other episode or so. He sells the "inconvenient torches" at Loo Loo Land in episode 2, he recruits the two mad scientists at the end of the first CHERUBs episode, he's in the audience at the House of Asmodeus, he introduces Stolas at the Harvest Moon Festival in Wrath, and just generally keeps popping up doing odd jobs throughout both seasons. Whenever there's a crowd scene, Wally is almost always part of it. I like this episode a lot because we get so much insight into Blitzø's insecurities, like we finally get to see a lot of what motivates him as a character both in the nightmare sequence and the bit where Rolando shows him his regrets. It's super well done. And the horror is very nice and horror-y. This episode actually first came out on Halloween last year, so that part was very much intentional. A Spooky Kind of Love is performed by Jinkx Monsoon, who also voices Rita, the sinner who sends them to the hotel in the first place. She has a lot of odd voices throughout the show, including Martha, the woman they kill in the very first episode. She's awesome. Bethany Ghostfucker was voiced by Erika Henningsen, who is Charlie Morningstar in Hazbin Hotel, so you've heard her sing before when you've reacted to songs from there. Oh, man, I can't wait for you to react to the next episode, it is so good and it has such an incredible musical number that I hope you'll do a bit of a deep dive into!

I actually use Cheez Whiz at work a lot to help distract patients (I'm a vet) lol

There are also a batch of short episodes you should do. Youre past the point that any of them would be spoilers so you could do them all in one or two videos. They are canon but not as plot tied. So they are nice nice little break from the main show.

Veritsas

i’m sooooooo excited for next episode and hopefully a breakdown of THAT song!! 😮‍💨🙌

hannahvmh

there’s a certain song in the next episode which i think you’re really gonna like!!

I love the dig at Baltimore made by the client since John Waters was the voice of the demon. I don't know if they had him in mind when they wrote the character or if they scored a win by getting him. Either way, I'm sooo glad.

SParks

The "Spooky Kind of Love" sequence is meant to parody the original Scooby-Doo series. The hallway gag is a classic reference to it.

SParks

Ronaldo is voiced by John Waters.

You stopping to show us the squirrel video made this reaction even better haha, thank you for being you, Tim.
