The shoulder pad thing is a trooper with a higher position than your average storm trooper a great example is Captain Rex and his shoulderpad. Btw Wolffe is the commander from Plo Koon’s battalion, and Gregor is that commando the droids rescued in that one Arc that I forgot, mb my memory is vague. Ep 3-4, first operational Canon usage of the AT-AT Walker btw, the big four leggers. Also I loved the scene with Darth and his TIE Advanced X1, total badass.

Regarding Vader and Ahsoka: From Ahsoka's point of view, the last time she saw Anakin in person was when he rushed to save the Chancellor, and the last thing she knew about him is that something terrible happened to him when she sensed order 66 happening. She doesn't know of his injuries in Mustafar, she doesn't know he is in this suit, and even less that he is even alive. She really has no idea what happened to him, almost nobody in the galaxy knows. And based on the talk she had with Maul in Mandalore, she refused to believe Anakin would ever do such things. During this fight with the rebels, its not like people knew Vader was piloting that ship... and Vader's presence in the force is that of darkness and cold, very different compared to Anakin's presence. My belief is that when Ahsoka and Vader sensed each other, Ahsoka probably sensed a different entity, but she did indeed sense a little bit of Anakin still in there, just enough to have a suspicion. So she doesn't know for sure, but questions were definitely popping in her head! Just like you and the clones! :D Like, you hear their names, and they sound familiar to you but you don't know for certain who they are, but you kinda feel like you know them. So yeah, I don't think she knows for sure... maybe I'm wrong and she is just in denial, idk, it's just too much and too unexpected for her. From Vader's point of view it was easy. He knew for sure it was her because Ahsoka is still Ahsoka. The Empire regarded Ahsoka as dead, as confirmed by the Tales of the Jedi scene. Vader probably regarded her as dead too, given the ending of the Clone Wars and him saying "The apprentice lives" (that line is cold af btw)... so at best he wasn't sure if she was alive. I wonder if he was secretly happy to know she is alive, hmm. That moment when Vader turns his head towards the camera as he and Ahsoka sensed each other, damn, that was an "Oh shit, its happening!" moment :D Can't wait for more!!

It’s been around 15-16 years since revenge of the sith with each season being around a year. Ezra, Luke and Leia are all technically the same age of 15/16 in this season as they were born on the first day of the empire. The reason Rex and the other clones look a bit older is the accelerated aging process the Kaminoans engineered them with. So a big reason for why the Clones were decommissioned after the War.

That was such a great start to Season 2! Like you said, especially with Vader and the appearances of Rex, Wolffe, and Gregor. Rex is easily one of the best characters in the Star Wars universe. One of the things I love most about Rebels are simply the guest appearances. I’m definitely looking forward to your reactions to the Ahsoka and Obi-Wan series, Abby! By the way, the brown hair looks amazing on you.

I really enjoy your sincere reactions (Darth) Abby. Plus they’re giving me an excuse to rewatch this show & it’s such a fun one.

Not sure if you're interested in any of the books, but if you get a chance I would recommend reading or listening to the audiobook, which is what I did (Star Wars makes incredible audiobooks with sound effects and music and everything) for the book called A New Dawn. It doesn't explain how the entire crew met, but it's a really good story of how Kanan and Hera do, and Kanan's life hiding his past as a Jedi before he meets her.
