I love your no-sell on Boba. From him being heavily teased, you knowing he had a show, his iconic ship landing (“Empire?”) to the full face reveal (“Okay, you’re bald) literally hilarious. Also, so funny you didn’t expect Ahsoka. Generally I think your fan base wants you to experience properly. After you wanted to watch Ahsoka it was out-voted not bc we dislike her show but in order for you to see it in the proper order lol

BOBA’S BACK!!! This is the kind of thing his fans have been wanting to see on screen for years. We only had it in comics and video games and a bit in clone wars. Boba escaping the sarlacc pit has been a thing in Star Wars for many years, but only in Legends. It wasn’t till this show that they finally did it in canon, although it was hinted in books before. It’s awesome seeing Temuera play Boba physically. Before this, he only redubbed his lines for the special edition of EpV There was a sound hint to Boba being the one to find Fennec in S1. You could hear spurs when he walked up to her, and he’s well known for having the sound of spurs in EpV “I’m a simple man making his way through the galaxy, like my father before me” That’s true! Jango in Attack of Clones said he was a simple man trying to make his way in the universe Boba’s spear weapon is a gaffi/gaderffii stick, what the sand people use. Though it’s bigger and more detailed than usual Dark Trooper droids date back to the 90s game Dark Forces. In Rebels there were imperial sentry droids that were visually based on them Grogu was taken and the Razor Crest was destroyed. The Tragedy is an appropriate title There’s a Legends rooted easter egg in the mando’a script of Boba’s chain code. A partial name, Jaste. In Legends Jango was orphaned by Death Watch and taken in by mandalorian Protector Jaster Mereel, which used to be Boba’s original true identity in Legends until Lucas made him a clone of Jango. There are small sentient species. Remember Colonel Gascon in Clone Wars? He was even smaller then Grogu. So yeah there can be very small shackles Metatextually we wouldn’t have seen Grogu before because he was invented for this show. We could’ve potentially seen him in Clone Wars S7 since that came out between Mando 1 and 2, but then the reveal of his backstory would’ve slightly been spoiled Remember (if you didn’t finish the season already) the finale has a credit scene, so let it keep playing

I think the biggest reasons why people like Boba Fett so much is: 1. He looks super badass with his (at the time) unique armor and all his cool weaponry 2. He has an insane amount of aura in Empire Strikes Back And besides, if people didn't love him so much, we probably don't get this show since he was the original Mandalorian!

Is it crazy that I had a bigger reaction seeing Boba's ship (Slave 1) again over seeing Boba in his armor? 😅 I like his ship, reminds me of the Attack of the Clones movie, and the infamous seismic charges sound! I'm not an original trilogy enthusiast, so Boba isn't that special to me... idk. But damn, Mando losing his ship was very unexpected. The music when the dark troopers appeared was also a surprise. I cannot wait to see your reaction to the next episodes!
