An important thing to remember about the RDA is that they aren't a government organization with diplomatic channels but rather a megacorporation with significant pull inside the government back home, every soldier we see in the movies is either a mercenary within their private army or part of a small marine Corp expeditionary force on loan from the US government and from the source books and the avatar game and a lesser extent the movies, its implied that the governments back on earth isn't fully aware of how the situation in Pandora is going or are being fed a distorted view of the situation by the RDA

The plan Colonel Quaritch has with the arrows is to avoid them lol Yeah, he stops and looks at the arrows because he knows that those killed "him" once. He has a primordial fear of Neytiri, even though his tough nature fights this feeling.

nah, my motto in life is don't do to others what you wouldn't want others to do to you

Richard Ramirez

Abby Jane
