You're just ticking those checkboxes with firsts here! Well done!

There's a very interesting movie that would make a worthy follow up to this Coby. It's called "Dragon : The Bruce Lee Story".. from 1993 and starring Jason Scott Lee. It's a really well made biopic charting Bruce's early days, through his TV and film career.... culminating in his making Enter The Dragon and finally, his tragic death. Highly recommended now you've watched this fantastic classic of a movie.

Coby Enter the Dragon was a joint produced by Warner Bros. and Golden Harvest. It was for the most part filmed both in Hong Kong and the United States. It is classified as a U.S. production, but filmed so that it appealed to an international audience. It was dubbed for the US audience, I would say to not loose the international audience. US was already use to the dubbed martial arts movies.

The Art of Fighting without Fighting. great lesson

Coby I was wondering how long it would take for you to see the comparison between Han and Doc NO. lol Although Han is similar, I can not find anywhere, where it states that Han was inspired by Dr NO or any other Bond villain, which he seems to have a bit of several of them. I really thought you would say something as soon as you saw his black gloves or his hands, but then it seems it took the white cat to spark it. hahaha The Blofeld white cat that is.

When "Enter The Dragon" was released he was 32 years old. The movie was released 6 day after his death. The Dragon movie are not sequels. at least not with Bruce yet. Jackie Chan did one for Fight of Fury interesting note, Jackie Chan is in Enter The Dragon although I have not spotted him as an extra. I would recommend: The Big Boss (1971) and The Way of the Dragon (1972) with a well know martial artist actor that just passed away. Fist of Fury (1972) was good also.

This was one of the few laser discs we could rent from our TV store in the little town nearby (had to rent the player too). First Blood being chief among the others. It's possible I may be able to quote this movie line for line from start to finish... possibly. I'll admit to nothing!

Oh you have to watch Way of the Dragon with Chuck Norris and Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story, great biopic, those are mandatory imo.

I could watch Return of the Dragon (1972) with Chuck Norris, originally titled The Way of the Dragon. It was renamed in the U.S. to make it seem like a sequel to his breakout hit, Enter the Dragon. The Way of the Dragon (1972) was in Mandarin, and Return of the Dragon (1972) is in English, which is why I prefer Return of the Dragon because I hate reading subtitles. I'd rather watch Bruce Lee fight.

zynjams

now to watch Ip man, about the guy who trained Bruce Lee

Please watch the comedy Balls of Fury next. It is the natural choice after watching this and Marty Supreme.

Are people able to sync this reaction to the (U.S.) HBO Max version? Almost immediately, the Coby version has an extra scene, right after the first fight, that's not in the HBO Max version.
