I love that the intro dialogue was more the Mando convincing himself to let go than Grogu. Yes, we saw Boba’s face the first time we saw his father’s.

last episode, fans saw the introduction of ahsoka in live action this one, fans got to see Boba Fett return to the screen for the first time IN HIS ARMOR in over 35 years the director, robert rodriguez, stylized Boba's fighting in such a way that his character instantly rose in popularity levels that he wasn't previously at in Empire and Jedi He was thought to be dead the whole time up to the point when we all saw him tracking Din Djarin back in the season premiere and fans everywhere thought his killing off was lame and anticlimatic So, this was one of the best returns in star wars history

I'm a bit shocked to hear you say you haven't seen Bill Burr act, since he was also a supporting character during your Breaking Bad watch series. LOL. Him and the big guy in the storage facility with that big pallet o' cash. 😁😁😁😁😁 Will you be watching on After Hours his "I'm Sorry You Feel That Way" special (it's in black and white and by far his best comedy special he's ever done.) - SGT Rock

I'm glad we now get some more of the dreamy, bad ass Ming-Na Wen 🥰 I have to agree with you on the WHITE storm troopers. What's the friggin' point with them??? They can't shoot to save their lives, that white plastic "armor" can't stop a flippin' thing! I totally loved them getting ragdolled by Grogu at the end, too!! Hilarious But, really...what's the point??? Why would anyone be scared of them???? Now...them dark ones!! 😧 Now, I know he's Moff Gideon in THIS show, but I still see Gus Fring every time (and it's not even a bad thing, cause twisted psycho is twisted psycho!) 😅 That brought up a question, though: is there a Los Pollos Hermanos in the mess hall on that battle cruiser??? Cause I think they really missed out on a great cross-over opportunity here! Maybe there's an alternate ending out there somewhere!! That would be pretty damn funny! The return of Bill Burr??? That should be fun. You DID see him act, in Breaking Bad, albeit only a handful of episodes. I saw an interview recently--oh, it was one of those where an actor answers the web's most asked questions--where he was asked about how he got this role. He said he bumped into John Favreau at a mutual friend's party and Favreau mentioned he might have a part for him in the show and Bill initially laughed it off, cause he frequently would crap all over Star Wars fans. But...he did it, kind of as a joke. He said the he wound up having the absolute best time doing it. That's pretty funny...do it as a joke, then say "Hey, this is pretty awesome!"

if you go back and look at the timeline, you'll find boba fett as a kid living on the planet kamino, with the man who raised him as his son, jango fett (in episode 2) jango was the template used to start up the clone army that would eventually wipe out the majority of the jedi order Boba was the first ever clone born, unaltered, and given to jango as his condition on taking on the job of being the clone's template and trainer

Just to let you know in the final episode of this season there is a (POST CREADIT SCENE) YOU HAVE TO WATCH

Santiago Hardy

Repeating myself here, The Book of Boba Fett series (8 episodes)is MANDATORY viewing BEFORE you watch The Mandalorian season 3. There are pivotal story arcs/episodes in The Book of Boba Fett that set in motion a lot of what happens in season 3 of The Mandalorian. PLEASE watch TBOBF.

Love seeing Slave 1. Sorry, I cannot call it Boba Fett's Starship. Screw Disney renaming it. I remember seeing it in episode 5 as he loaded Han in carbonite aboard it. I also love seeing Fennec Shand (Ming Na Wen) again. Loved her in E.R. many years ago. We've seen Boba Fett's face many time. Every time we saw a clone in Episodes 2 and 3. This series takes place roughly 5 years after the Battle on Endor, Episode 6. In order to avoid confusion, the Mandalorian is tracked in chapters. This was Chapter 14. I am so looking forward to Chapter 16. Every time I see it, it brings a tear to my eye.

Yes so the actor who plays boba Fett played Jango Fett in attack of the clones . Boba along with the clone troopers later storm troopers. Are clones of jango . Ok only two episodes left of season two ep 7 is really good . But the season finale is INCREDIBLE. Just going to leave it at that heh

Karl Kraus

The point of the stormtroopers is they're cheap and numerous

Marc Lamoureux

Totally get that. I mean, at least give them some half decent armor and give the poor guys a fightin chance 😅

Karl Kraus

If you watched the bad batch, following the clone program draining money, the empire wanted to save it by conscripting men and women, along with providing them with cheap armor Expendable was the primary way to describe stormtroopers, even in the imperial remnants

These last two episodes were packed with major reveals. Ahsoka Tano, Grand Admiral Thrawn, Boba Fett alive, and the return of the Darksaber. Ahsoka Tano is arguably the most important Star Wars character to never appear in live action, until now. Her history, along with everything else mentioned above, is covered in depth across the animated series The Clone Wars and Rebels. It's a significant time commitment, I know, but absolutely worth it if you're willing to dive in. That said, there are some excellent YouTube recaps out there for Mandalorian viewers who haven't seen those shows. They cover the history of the Mandalorians and the Darksaber, Ahsoka's backstory and her connection to the Mandalorians — particularly Bo-Katan and the Darksaber — and how she ties into Grand Admiral Thrawn. I can drop links if anyone's interested.
