Anthony Caples

Love this song! You have to check out the remake of this by the Isley Brothers! Such an interesting soulful take on the song. Really appreciating the Summer playlist!💜

Jeff Darensbourg

Yes! I also agree with @Anthony Caples, I prefer the Isley Brothers version...but this is still great!

Teri

I remember this song playing. Let's see in "72 I was about 8 by July. My older brother would be playing songs on the 8 track tape player in his car as he waxed it after washing. I'd be playing with neighborhood kids and yes the "summer breeze in Los Angeles, California would be blowing in from the coast ask dusk closed in. I could relate to it in my own way as a child.

SGT Rock's Headbangers Ball

This was a road trip mix tape song for every kid of Boomer/GenX (like me!) Their harmonies are something to be admired and we don't see enough of in Yacht Rock aka Dad's Soft Rock today. This song is right in your wheelhouse for jammage!

Kristi Kalis

Seals and Crofts was so huge in my childhood. Their perfect harmonies and soulful songs just made for relaxing.

Fabulous Amber dig on this song ! Now you must listen to Summer Wind by Sinatra!

Elizabeth Franco

Listening to this album along with other albums of my mother’s,or listening to the radio in the car as we made our way to Dauphin Island for a Saturday fun time at the beach

Mark Adolph

I don't remember the details of that summer, but I do remember starting junior high in a new school that fall

Gene Frank

Aloha Amber, nice picture of summer you portray. Thanks, I was 11 that summer. I grew up on a lake. Wish you were there to corrupt me! 😂 💕 ✌️
